4건의 O&M(운영·유지보수)는 계약 갱신

H2O 이노베이션(H2O Innovation)은 최근 북미에서 2개의 신규 프로젝트를 수주하고 4개의 O&M(Operation & Maintenance, 운전 및 유지) 계약을 갱신했다고 발표하다.

총 가치가 330만 달러인 이 계약들은 O&M 밀린 주문(backlog)을 6천350달러로 늘렸다.

첫 번째 프로젝트에는 텍사스주에 위치한 시영 유틸리티지역(MUD ;  Municipal Utility District )의 정수처리 시스템의 운영, 유지보수 및 관리가 포함된다. 이러한 유형의 계약은 만료일이 없으며 일반적으로 상록수 계약이라고 한다.

두 번째 프로젝트는 앨버타주 캘거리에 위치한 대형 농식품 가공 공장에서 유출처리 시설을 운영 및 유지하는 것이다.

이 프로젝트는 현재 북미에서 4천㎥/일(1.0 MGD) 이상의 고강도 산업용 용액을 처리하는, 이 회사에서 가장 큰 멤브레인바이오리액터(MBR ; membrane bioreactor)이다.

갱신된 지방 O&M 계약에 대해서는, 모두 버몬트 주에 위치해 있다. 첫 번째 것은 5년 7개월의 추가 기간 동안 갱신되었다.

두 번째와 세 번째 계약은 각각 5년간 연장되었고, 첫 번째 해에 연간 CPI 조정이 이루어졌다. 4차 O&M 계약은 2022년 3월까지 1년 더 연장되었다.

H2O Innovation Wins Two New Projects And Renews Four Operation And Maintenance Contracts

H2O Innovation Inc. (“H2O Innovation” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has recently won two new projects and renewed four Operation & Maintenance (“O&M”) contracts in North America.

These contracts, with a total value of $3.3 M, bring the O&M backlog to $63.5 M (and not $77.3 M, like previously announced).

The first awarded project involves the operation, maintenance, and management of the water treatment systems of a Municipal Utility District (“MUD”) located in the State of Texas. These types of contracts do not have an expiry date and are usually referred to as evergreen contracts.

The second project is for the operation and maintenance of an effluent treatment facility at a large agri-food processing plant, located in Calgary, Alberta.

This project is now the Corporation’s largest membrane bioreactor (“MBR”) it operates in North America, treating over 4,000 m3/day (1.0 MGD) of high strength industrial effluent.

“We are very excited to see continued growth for the O&M business pillar, especially into the industrial sector in Western Canada. The contract renewals show a commitment to the H2O Innovation Playbook concept that we win by creating value and delighting our customers."

As for the renewed municipal O&M contracts, they are all located in the State of Vermont. The first one was renewed for an additional period of five years plus seven months.

The second and third contracts were each extended for five years, with an annual CPI adjustment for the first year. The fourth O&M contract was renewed for an additional year, until March 2022.
