[스페인] 테크노 컨버팅 엔지니어링, 하수 폐기물 수집시스템 개발
고강도 플라스틱 재료로 만들어진 새로운 Tecno-Grabber® 선보여

테크노 컨버팅 엔지니어링(Tecno Converting Engineering)은 고강도 플라스틱 재료로 만들어진 새로운 Tecno-Grabber® 폐기물 수집시스템을 개발했다.

각 Techno-Grabber® 장치는 100kg 이상의 무게를 지탱할 수 있으며 여러 번 사용할 수 있다.

테크노 컨버팅 엔지니어링은 Tecno-Grabber® 폐기물 수집 시스템의 정확한 직경과 길이를 보장하기 위해 유압 및 저항 계산과 함께 전적으로 스테인리스강으로 만들어진 배플(baffle, 방해판)의 크기를 결정하는 데 필요한 모든 유압 계산을 수행한다.

폐기물 배출이 환경에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해 스페인 바로셀로나주 사바델시(Sabadel)의 하수구 범람을 대상으로 첫 시범 시험이 실시됐다.

3개의 콘센트가 있는 Tecno-Grabber 시스템을 설치했으며, 1년 동안 테스트한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

각 테크노 가버 그랩버(TecnoGrabber) 장치는 100kg 이상의 폐기물을 포획·수집했다.

그 100kg의 폐기물은 3∼4회의 강우기간 후에 수집되었다.

네트시스템(net system)은 1년 동안 9번 교체되었다. 1년 동안 2.7톤 이상의 폐기물이 수집되어 강으로 배출되는 것을 막았다.

이 테스트는 단 한 곳에서만 수행되었다는 점을 유념해야 한다. 시스템이 10개의 서로 다른 장소에서 실행되었다면 20.7톤 이상의 폐기물이 강에 유입되는 것을 막을 수 있다.

TecnoConverting Engineering presents the Tecno-Grabber® system

TecnoConverting Engineering has developed the new Tecno-Grabber® waste collection system, made of heavy-duty plastic material.

Each Tecno-Grabber® unit can hold more than 100 kg of weight, and they can be used several times.

TecnoConverting Engineering performs all the hydraulic calculations necessary to size the baffle, made entirely of stainless steel, along with the hydraulic and resistance calculations to ensure the correct diameter and length of the TecnoGrabber® waste collection system.

The first pilot test was carried out at the wastewater sewer overflow in the city of Sabadell (province of Barcelona, Spain), seeking to minimize the impact of waste discharges into the environment.

A TecnoGrabber system with 3 outlets was installed; after testing it for one year, the following results were achieved:

Each TecnoGrabber unit captured/collected more than 100 kg of waste.

Those 100 kg of waste were collected after 3-4 periods of rainfall.

The net system was replaced 9 times during the year.

More than 2.7 tonnes of waste were collected over the one-year period, preventing that waste from being released into the river.

It is important to note that this test was carried out in just one single location; if the system had been implemented at 10 different sites, more than 20.7 tonnes of waste could have been prevented from ending up in the river.
