WEST COVINA, Calif. (BUSINESS WIRE) - ECO Resources Inc., a Southwest Water Co. subsidiary, will generate approximately $3 million in revenues within a five-year period from four new water and wastewater contracts in the Austin, Texas area.
ECO Resources will provide operations, billing and collection, maintenance, meter reading and bookkeeping for more than 21,000 people at River Place, Wells Branch, Block House and Springwoods Municipal Utility Districts.

Garnier attributes the multiple contract awards to the ECO Resources reputation for award-winning operations. The company expanded its normal operations to include parks management, pool maintenance and deed restrictions enforcement for three of the utility districts.
