[UAE] 지엔샤인, 두바이 DEWA 프로젝트용 100MW PV 모듈 공급

중국 태양광 모듈 제조업체인 지엔샤인 PV 테크(Znshine PV tech)가 아랍에미레이트(UAE) 두바이 DEWA(전기수자원국)에 100MW PV 모듈을 공급하게 되었다.

Znshine의 CEO인 윌리엄 왕(William Wang)은 "지엔샤인솔라(ZNShine Solar)의 참여로 에티하드 에너지(Etihad Energy) 서비스와 100MW 태양광 모듈 공급 계약의 서명을 발표하게 된 것을 자랑스럽게 생각한다"면서 "DEWA(Dubai Electricity and Water Authority)가 1월에 발표한 입찰에서 우리는 중국 의 공장 방문을 계기로 우리를 영예롭게 한 에티하드 에너지 서비스(Etihad Energy Services)의 알리 모하메드 알 자심(Ali Mohammed Al Jassim) 씨와 같은 팀 전체가 우리에게 쏟아 부은 신뢰에 대해 감사하며 이 계약을 자랑스럽게 생각한다"고 말했다.

알리 모하메드 알 자심(Ali Mohammed Al Jassim)은 모듈이 세계에서 가장 지속가능한 도시 중 하나인 두바이를 만들기 위한 정부의 비전을 지지하는 선도적인 이니셔티브인 샴스 두바이(Shams Dubai)의 일환으로 다양한 프로젝트에 사용될 것이라고 설명했다. 

또한 에미레이트 항공의 지속가능한 미래를 건설하기 위해 깨끗하고 재생 가능한 에너지원의 사용을 촉진함으로써 에너지 혼합을 다양화할 수 있다.

Znshine 태양전지 모듈은 에미레이트(Emirate)의 건물 옥상에 사용된다.

이 건물은 DEWA와 Etihad Esco가 2030년까지 태양광 지붕 설치로 수백만 달러의 에너지 절감 효과를 거둘 수 있는 수십억 달러 상당의 프로젝트를 수행하고자 하는 프로젝트의 일부이다.

조인트 벤처 회사인 사코텔 지엔샤 미들 이스트(Sacotel Znshine Middle East)의 CEO인 주마나 호스리(Joumana Hosri)는 "Znshine은 2018년부터 중동에 집중해 왔으며 이 지역의 야심찬 로드맵을 지속 가능성에 동반하는 데 중요한 역할을 하기를 원하며 100MW 공급 계약은 중동지역의 주요 업적이다"라고 말하면서 "Zhshine의 경쟁력은 Znshine 모듈에 자체 청소기능을 제공하는 그래핀 코팅이다"라고 강조했다.

 에티하드 에스코(Etihad Esco)의 마리오 파리나 쏠라(Mario Farina Solar) 이사는 "먼지와 모래가 모듈의 효율에 영향을 주는 UAE 환경에서 그래핀 코팅이 매우 유용할 수 있다고 생각한다"라면서 "Znshine은 이중 유리 모듈이 고층 건물에 더 적합하기 때문에 단일 유리 모듈과 이중 유리 모듈을 이 100MW에 혼합하는 것을 목표로 한다"고 말했다.

ZNSHINE supplies 100MW pv modules for DEWA projects in Dubai 
 
 
Znshine PV tech, a tier one Chinese solar module manufacturer, is proud to announce the signature of a 100MW solar module supply agreement with Etihad Energy services as a result of participation of Znshine in the tender launched by DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) in January. "We are proud to have won this tender and thankful for the trust the whole team has put in us, in particular Mr Ali Mohammed Al Jassim, CEO of Etihad Energy Services, who honored us with his visit to our factory in China," said Mr William Wang, Ceo of Znshine.

Mr Ali Mohammed Al Jassim explained that the modules will be used in various projects as part of Shams Dubai, the leading initiative that supports the vision of the government to make Dubai one of the most sustainable cities in the world; it also supports diversifying the energy mix by promoting the use of clean and renewable energy sources to build a sustainable future for the Emirate.

Znshine solar modules will be used on the rooftop of villas in the Emirate.

These villas are part of a project by DEWA and Etihad Esco, who are seeking to execute multibillion-dollar worth of projects that will generate millions of energy savings from retrofitting and solar rooftop deployment by 2030.

"Znshine has been focusing on the Middle East since 2018 and wants to play a major role in accompanying the region's ambitious roadmap to sustainability; the 100Mw supply agreement is a major achievement for us in the Middle East and we hope that this is the first of many more to come," said Mrs Joumana Hosri CEO of Sacotel Znshine Middle East the joint venture company between Sacotel and Znshine.

"Zhshine's competitive advantage is the graphene coating that gives Znshine modules a self-clean feature," Mrs Joumana HOSRI added.

Mr Mario Farina Solar Director at Etihad Esco believes that the graphene coating could be very useful in the UAE climate where dust and sand deposit affect the efficiency of the modules.

Znshine aims to provide a mix of single glass modules and double glass modules to this 100 MW as the double glass modules are more suitable for the high-rise buildings. Delivery of the first batches has started on schedule.
