[싱가포르] 그래디언트, 12개 프로젝트 수주로 아·태지역 50억 달러 물시장서 급속한 성장

담수화 및 산업폐수 처리를 위한 혁신적인 솔루션 분야의 선두주자인 그래디언트 쿠퍼레이션(Gradiant Corporation)은 2020년 상반기 아시아 태평양 전역에서 12개의 신규 프로젝트를 확보했다고 9월 1일 발표했다.

글로벌 워터 인테리젼스(Global Water Intelligence : GWI)의 자료에 따르면 50억 달러에 달하는 아시아 태평양의 물 시장을 활용하는그래디언트(Gradiant)의 능력을 강화했다.

이 프로젝트들은 섬유, 제약, 인프라, 전력, FMCG, 화학물질 및 급수 분야에서 복잡한 물 문제를 해결한다.

이 사업은 하천의 생활용수 생산부터 오염수 제로배출(Zero Liquid Discharge : ZLD) 애플리케이션을 포함하여 재사용을 위한 고오염도 산업폐수 처리에 이르기까지 다양하다.

민간자본으로 민간이 건설한 후 소유권을 가지며 직접 운용하는 BOO(Build-Own-Operate) 서비스 접근방식과 장비 판매 비즈니스 모델에 따라 제공되는 12개 프로젝트는 총 2억5천만 달러 이상의 가치를 가지며 연간 약 2천500만 달러의 수익을 창출할 것으로 예측된다.

Gradiant Eyes Rapid Growth In Asia Pacific's US$5B Water Market With 12 Project Wins In H1 2020

Gradiant Corporation, a leader in innovative solutions for desalination and industrial wastewater treatment, announced today that it has secured 12 new projects across Asia Pacific in the first half of 2020.

This represents a multi-fold year-on-year growth in the region, boosting Gradiant’s ability to capitalise on Asia Pacific’s water market, worth US$5B according to data from Global Water Intelligence (GWI).

These projects address complex water challenges in textiles, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, power, FMCG, chemicals and water supply.

The projects range from the production of domestic water from rivers to treatment of high-contamination industrial effluent for reuse, including Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) applications.

 Delivered under a Build-Own-Operate service approach and equipment sale business model, the 12 projects have a combined value of over US$250M and are forecasted to deliver annual revenues of approximately US$25M.
