[오스트리아] 안드리츠, 포장지 제조업체에 폐수 및 슬러지 처리 라인 공급

국제 기술 그룹 안드리츠(ANDRITZ)는 포장지 제조업체 홀멘 이그선드(Holmen Iggesund Paperboard Ltd.)로부터 영국 원킹턴 소재 공장에 대한 최첨단 1차 폐수 및 슬러지 처리 라인 공급을 수주했다고 1월 25일 밝혔다.

착공은 2023년 1분기로 예정돼 있다.

이 공장은 기존 1차 폐수 처리장을 완전히 교체하여 시스템 효율성을 개선하고 배출구의 총 부유물질(SS) 수준을 낮출 것이다.

안드리츠는 채널 스크리닝, 정화, 자동화된 응집제 및 응고제 투여, 슬러지 탈수를 포함한 맞춤형 기술 솔루션을 제공한다.

폐수 처리를 위해 특별히 설계된 안드리츠 Aqua-Screen 채널 스크린은 효과적인 거친 스크리닝 및 정화기로 유입되는 큰 오염 물질의 제거를 보장한다.

해안으로 배출히가 위한 효율적인 고액 분리를 보장하기 위해 정화기가 설치된다. 정화기 탱크는 작동 및 유지 보수 활동을 용이하게 하기 위해 다리로 땅에서 들려 올려진다.

안드리츠 슬러지 스크류 프레스 이전에 입증된 안드리츠 중력 테이블을 포함하는 최첨단 슬러지 처리 라인은 응집제 소비를 최소화하고 여과액의 고형물 부하를 최소화하고 가능한 가장 높은 슬러지 건조도를 제공한다.

전체 핵심 장비에는 해안에 위치한 워킹턴 공장의 거친 환경으로부터 보호하기 위해 특수 표면 코팅이 제공된다.

공급 범위에는 현장 기기, 탱크, 교반기, 공정 펌프뿐만 아니라 설비의 최고 가용성을 유지하기 위한 시운전 후 설치 및 서비스 지원도 포함된다.

ANDRITZ to supply effluent and sludge treatment line to Holmen Iggesund Paperboard Ltd.

International technology group ANDRITZ has received an order from Holmen Iggesund Paperboard Ltd. to supply a state-of-the art primary effluent and sludge treatment line for its mill in Workington, UK.

Start-up is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.

The mill will completely replace the existing primary effluent treatment plant to improve the efficiency of the system and reduce the level of total suspended solids (TSS) in the outfall.

ANDRITZ will supply a tailormade technological solution, including channel screening, clarifying, automated flocculant and coagulant dosing, and sludge dewatering:

ANDRITZ Aqua-Screen channel screens specially designed for handling wastewater streams will ensure effective coarse screening and removal of large contaminants from the influent to the clarifiers.

Clarifiers will be installed to ensure efficient solid-liquid separation for coastal discharge. The clarifier tanks will be raised off the ground on legs to facilitate operation and maintenance activities.

State-of-the-art sludge handling line, including proven ANDRITZ gravity tables prior to ANDRITZ sludge screw presses for minimum flocculant consumption, lowest solids load in the filtrate and highest possible sludge dryness.

The entire key equipment will be provided with a special surface coating to protect against the harsh coastal environment at the Workington mill.

The scope of supply also comprises field instruments, tanks, agitators, and process pumps as well as installation and service support after commissioning to maintain highest availability of the plant.
