[아르헨티나] 플루언스, 아르헨티나서 하·폐수처리장 건설 250만 달러 수주

 
플루언스(Fluence)의 아르헨티나 자회사는 고효율 하수 및 재이용 처리 플랜트를 제공하기 위해 250만 달러의 턴키 계약을 체결했다.

식품 및 음료산업(Food & Beverage Industry)의 세계적인 선두주자인 플루언스는 플루언스 아르헨티나(Fluence Argentina)를 선정하여 이 프로젝트를 8개월 보름간 예상 실행 시간으로 실시했다.

산업 폐수처리 시설은 설치 면적을 최적화하고 운영비용을 최소화하며 신뢰성이 높은 처리 공정을 제공하도록 설계되었다. 플랜트의 하루처리용량은 1천320㎥이다.

플루언스 아르헨티나는 남미의 수자원, 하·폐수 및 재사용 시장에서 25 년 이상의 경력을 쌓아 2013년 아르헨티나 최초의 MBR 재사용 시스템을 1천㎥/일의 용량으로 설치했다.

산업 MBR 응용 분야에 대한 아르헨티나 시장은 프로세스 신뢰성, 운영비용 최적화, 처리 시설 개조 가능성, 고품질 유출 물 재사용 등이 핵심 요소로 인해 급속도로 성장하고 있다.

플루언스 아르헨티나는 물 재사용 시장을 공략하기 위해 2016년에 전문팀을 설립했다. 회사는 향후 장래에 매우 고무적인 예상 성장을 감안할 때 2025년으로 예상되는 마스터플랜을 개발했다.

Fluence wins $2.5m contract in Argentina to build wastewater treatment plant

Fluence's Argentinian subsidiary, has been awarded a $2.5m turnkey contract to provide a high efficiency wastewater and reuse treatment plant.

The customer, a world leader in the Food & Beverage Industry, has selected Fluence Argentina to carry out this project with an estimated execution time of 8.5 months.

The industrial wastewater treatment plant is designed to optimize the footprint, minimize operating costs and provide a highly reliable treatment process. The plant has a capacity of 1,320 m3/d.

With more than 25 years of experience in the South American water, wastewater and reuse market, Fluence Argentina installed its first MBR reuse system in Argentina in 2013 with a capacity of 1,000 m3/d, a project executed for a world leader in non-alcoholic beverages.

The Argentina market for industrial MBR applications is growing rapidly due to the following key factors: reliability of process, optimization of operating costs, possibility of revamping treatment plants, reuse of high quality effluents, among others. Fluence Argentina has established a professional in-house team in 2016 dedicated to serve the reuse market. The Company has developed a Master Plan projected to 2025, given the very encouraging anticipated growth in the coming years. Fluence Argentina has therefore a perfect set-up to successfully develop these reuse projects in Argentina, as well as throughout all of South America.

Fluence's proprietary MABR technology is focused on the municipal market rather than industrial wastewater treatment and reuse. In addition to this industrial customer, Fluence South America is pursuing a number of municipal projects where MABR provides significant benefits over traditional technologies such as class 1a quality, power consumption reduction of up to 90% and nitrogen removal.
