[스페인] 안달루시아, J. Huesa 맞춤형 정수처리시설 적용 

세비야 공장 수돗물 공급 플랜트를 위생제품의 공동 제제로 개조

해당 분야에서 20년 이상의 경험을 가진 국제적 수준의 생물안전 솔루션(biosafety solution)의 리더인 안달루시아사(Andalusian company)는 제이 휴사 워터 테크놀러지(J. Huesa Water Technology)의 서비스를 통해 스페인 세비야(Seville)에 위치한 새로운 공장의 수돗물 플랜트 위생제품의 공동 제제로서 적응하도록 요구해왔다.

주요 프로젝트 목표를 고려하여 제이 휴사 워터 테크놀러지(이하 J. Huesa)의 기술부서는 물 탈염 플랜트를 설계, 설치 및 설정하기로 결정했다.

플랜트 설계에 고려되는 매개변수는 다음과 같다.

치료 라인(Treatment line) : △메쉬 여과(Mesh filtration) △활성탄 여과(Active Carbon filtration) △양이온 음이온 탈염제(Cation-anion desmineraliser) △재순환+자외선(Recirculation + ultraviolet) 등이다.

원수는 메쉬 필터(Mesh filtration)와 활성탄 필터(Active Carbon filtration)로 구성된 여과 시스템(filtration system)을 거친다. 이 필터에는 부유물질과 차아염소산염이 남아 있다. 이 필터에는 탄소 부하를 역세척하는 자동 밸브가 장착되어 있다.

처리 라인의 다음 장비는 물의 염분(주로 칼슘과 마그네슘)을 제거하는 연수기이다. 탈염기는 1㎥/h의 유속을 처리하도록 설계되었다.

탈염 공정(demineralisation process)은 각각 2개의 컬럼(column)에 각각 포함된 양이온 및 음이온 교환수지를 사용하여 물에 존재하는 이온을 제거하는 것으로 구성된다.

서비스(SERVICE) 조건에서 물은 양이온이 H 이온으로 교환되는 양이온(CATIONIC) 컬럼을 통과한 다음, 음이온이 OH 음이온으로 교환되는 ANIONIC 컬럼을 통과하여 고순도 결정화(DEMINERALISED)된 물을 얻는다.

얻은 물의 품질은 두 번째 컬럼의 출구에 위치한 전도도 프로브로 측정한다. 수질이 SET-POINT에 설정된 값보다 높으면 컨트롤러는 서비스 솔레노이드(SERVICE solenoid)  밸브를 열고 장비는 정상적으로 작동한다.

수질이 원하는 것보다 낮아질 때까지 수지는 점차 포화상태가 된다. 이 경우 프로그래머는 서비스 솔레노이드(SERVICE solenoid)  를 닫고 재생성 프로세스(regeneration process)가 시작된다.

재생 공정(regeneration process)은 양이온 수지에 염산을 통과시키고 음이온 수지를 통해 수산화나트륨을 통과시키는 것으로 구성된다. 이 재생제(regenerants)는 보유된 이온을 각각 H+ 및 OH-로 대체한다. 전체 설치는 마이크로프로세서(microprocessor)가 있는 제어판에 의해 제어된다.

탈염수(demineralised water)는 치료실 외부에 설치된 GRP 탱크에 저장된다. 펌프는 탱크의 물을 재순환시켜 자외선 램프를 통과한다.

UV 시스템은 화학약품을 사용하지 않고 1차 물 소독을 기반으로 하는 시스템이다. 이 장치는 자체 마이크로 프로세서에 의해 제어된다.

Solution for supplying tap water as a co-formulant for liquid biocides

An Andalusian company, leader in biosafety solutions at international level with more than 20 years of experience in the sector, has required the services of J. Huesa to adapt the tap water of its new factory located in Seville, as a co-formulant in its phytosanitary products.

In view of the main project target, the Technical Department of J. Huesa has decided to design, install, and set up a plant of water demineralization.

The parameters taken into account for the design of the plant are as follows:

Treatment line: △Mesh filtration △Active Carbon filtration △Cation-anion desmineraliser △Recirculation+ultraviolet

Raw water goes through a filtration system, consisting of a mesh filter followed by an active carbon filter, in which suspended solids and hypochlorite in are retained.  This filter is equipped with an automatic valve that backwashes the carbon load.

The next equipment in the treatment line is a water softener where the salinity of the water will be removed (mainly calcium and magnesium). The demineraliser is designed to treat a flow rate of 1 m3/h.

The demineralisation process consists of removing the ions present in the water using cationic and anionic ion exchange resins, contained respectively in two columns.

In SERVICE conditions, the water goes through CATIONIC column where cations are exchanged for H ions and then goes through the ANIONIC column where anions are exchanged for OH anions, obtaining a high purity DEMINERALISED water.

The quality of the water obtained is measured by a conductivity probe, located at the outlet of the 2nd column. If the water quality is higher than the value programmed in the SET-POINT, the controller will open the SERVICE solenoid valve and the equipment will operate normally.

The resins will gradually become saturated until the water quality is lower than desired. When this happens, the programmer will close the service solenoid and the regeneration process will start.

The regeneration process consists of passing hydrochloric acid through the cationic resin, and sodium hydroxide through the anionic resin. These regenerants displace the retained ions, replacing them with H+ and OH-, respectively.

The entire installation is controlled by a control panel with microprocessor.

The demineralised water is stored in a GRP tank installed outside the treatment room.  A pump recirculates water from the tank, passing through an ultraviolet lamp.

The UV system is a system based on primary water disinfection without the use of chemicals This unit is controlled by its own microprocessor.
