180년 이상의 복합 정수 산업의 경험을 바탕으로 마몬 인더스트리 워터(Marmon Industrial Water, MIW)는 컨테이너형 WT 솔루션(Containerized WT Solutions) 제품군을 출시했다고 밝혔다. 이 소형 수처리 컨테이너에는 산업 공정용 초순 탈염수)(ultrapure demineralized water)를 생산하기 위한 한외여과(Ultra Filteration, UF), 역삼투(Returse Omosis, RO) 및 전기이온화(electrode ionization, EDI) 기술이 갖춰져 있다.

스키드 구조물과 빌딩 모두 20피트 또는 40피트 길이의 선적 컨테이너를 사용하여 설계 및 조립된 이 제품군은 단순화된 설치 기능을 통해 운영 일정에 신속하게 설치할 수 있다는 이점을 갖추고 있다.

마몬 인더스트리 워터는 현재 걸프 해안(Gulf Coast) 지역에서 운영 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 휴스턴에 기반을 둔 서비스 팀은 MIW가 공급하는 주요 수도 시스템을 운영할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역 걸프 해안 서비스 센터에서 중요 예비 부품을 문제 해결 및 공급할 수 있는 기술 전문 지식을 제공 할 수 있다.

With more than 180 years of combined water purification industry experience, Marmon Industrial Water is unveiling its Containerized WT Solutions line. These compact water treatment containers contain a combination of ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO) and electrodeionization (EDI) technologies to produce ultrapure demineralized water for industrial processes. Designed and assembled using a 20- or 40-foot shipping container as both the skid structure and building, the sleek product line offers a host of benefits over traditional in-plant building, including simplified deployability resulting in a rapid installation to production timeline.

While these technologies are familiar within the industry, the new MIW Containerized WT Solutions improve on current offerings with high flow production capacity. Using membrane-based technologies, the MIW solution removes suspended solids, dissolved solids and organics, and remaining trace ions to produce demineralized water. Optimized container design allows easy transportation, very limited civil work, and quick installation, further reducing installation and operating expenses for plant operations.

Marmon Industrial Water is also now offering Operating Services in the Gulf Coast region. Based in Houston, the service team can operate critical water systems that MIW supplies, as well as provide the technical expertise to troubleshoot and supply critical spare parts from the local Gulf Coast Service Center.
