유틸리티와 도시의 에너지 및 용수 관리 방식을 혁신하고 있는 이트론(Itron, Inc.)은 고객 경험, 모바일 인력 참여 및 스마트 AI/ML/IoT 분석을 위한 SaaS(Software-as-a-Service) 클라우드 솔루션 공급업체인 스마트 에너지 워터(Smart Energy Water, SEW)와 리셀러(Reseller) 계약을 체결하고 고객 경험을 촉진시키고 있다.

이 협정은 이트론(Itron)이 에너지 및 수자원 사업자와 도시로 이전하거나 기존 네트워크와 함께 제공되는 서비스를 확대하기 위해 디지털 고객 경험(CX) 플랫폼인 SEW의 스마트 고객 모바일(SCM)을 제공하는 것을 허용한다.

SCM®(Customer Mobile)을 통해 고객은 전기, 수도 및 가스 사용량을 추적할 수 있는 간단하고 직관적인 방법을 통해 에너지와 물을 절약하는 방법에 대한 현명한 결정을 내릴 수 있다.

이 계약으로 이트론(Itron)은 이트론의 Industrial IoT(IIoT) 네트워크와 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 SEW의 클라우드 기반 고객 참여 소프트웨어와 결합한 통합 솔루션을 제공한다.

이트론(Itron)은 SEW의 오퍼링을 추가함으로써 공급자가 에너지와 물 절약을 장려하고 고객에게 실시간으로 정전에 대해 경고하고 고객 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 멀티 커머드 미터 데이터를 제공하도록 촉진할 것이다.

Agreement Allows Itron to Offer Smart Energy Water’s Premier Customer Engagement Solution to AMI Customers

Itron, Inc. which is innovating the way utilities and cities manage energy and water, and Smart Energy Water (SEW), provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud solutions for customer experience, mobile workforce engagement and smart AI/ML/IoT analytics, signed a reseller agreement to promote customer experience.

The agreement will allow Itron to offer SEW’s Smart Customer Mobile (SCM®), a Digital Customer Experience (CX) platform, to energy and water utilities and cities migrating to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) networks or expanding services offered with existing networks.

SCM® enables customers to make informed decisions for how to conserve energy and water through simple and intuitive ways to track electric, water and gas usage.

With this agreement, Itron will offer an integrated solution that combines Itron’s Industrial IoT (IIoT) network and software platform with SEW’s cloud-based customer engagement software.

With the addition of SEW’s offering, Itron will facilitate providers to deliver multi-commodity meter data to encourage energy and water conservation, alert customers about outages in real time and improve customer satisfaction.
