[미국] 톰슨펌프, 로터리 웰 포인트 라인업에 새로운 펌프 추가

미국의 대형 휴대용 디젤 동력 바이 패스(heavy-duty portable diesel-powered bypass) 및 탈수펌프(dewatering pumps) 제조업체인 톰슨펌프(Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Company)는 올해 미국 라스베이거스에서 열린 CONEXPO-Con/AGG 무역박람회에서 6인치 로터리 웰포인트 펌프(rotary wellpoint pump)인 '6RW-DIS-4LE2T-X'를 선보였다.

톰슨펌프 로터리 웰포인트 펌프는 이 회사의 공동 설립자인 조지 톰슨(George Thompson)이 디자인한 '독창적인' 로터리 웰포인트 펌프로, 수십 년 동안 전세계 계약업체들로부터 신뢰를 받고 있다.

미지원 프라이밍 및 자동 리프레밍 기능을 갖춘 6RW 펌프는 높은 공기 처리 및 대량의 용수 용량(최대 1,400gpm 및 최대 80피트) 기능, 최대 2,000rpm의 작동 속도, 보다 나은 연비를 위한 낮은 HP 엔진 - EPA Final Tier 4 Isuzu 엔진(모델: 4LE2T), 디젤 산화 촉매(DOC)을 갖추고 있다.

6RW 펌프는 유정 및 양말 탈수 용도에 적합하도록 설계되었으며, 6인치 진공 또는 피스톤 펌프 대신 사용할 수 있어 비용 효율적인 탈수 옵션이 된다.

톰슨펌프의 크리스 톰슨( Chris Thompson) 사장은 "이번 6인치 버전은 부분적으로 로터리 펌프 제품군의 탈수 기능을 확장하려는 수요가 높기 때문에 만들어졌다"고 말했다.

6RW 모델 외에 8RW와 12RW 버전도 있다.

펌프에는 마모 및 내식성 부품, 폴리우레탄 로터, 스테인리스강 마모 플레이트가 장착되어 있어 산업 및 플랜트의 강도 높은 용도를 처리할 수 있다.

Thompson Pump Adds New Pump To Its Rotary Wellpoint Lineup

Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Company, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of heavy-duty portable diesel-powered bypass and dewatering pumps, debuted its 6” rotary wellpoint pump (Model: 6RW-DIS-4LE2T-X) at this year’s CONEXPO-Con/AGG trade show in Las Vegas.

The Thompson Pump rotary wellpoint pumps are the “original” rotary wellpoint pumps designed by the company’s co-founder, George Thompson, and trusted by contractors worldwide for decades.

With unassisted priming and automatic re-priming, the 6RW pump features high air handling and large water volume capabilities – up to 1,400 gpm and heads up to 80 feet; operating speeds up to 2,000 rpm; and a low HP engine for better fuel efficiency – an EPA Final Tier 4 Isuzu engine (Model: 4LE2T), with diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) after treatment.

The 6RW pump is designed for wellpoint and sock dewatering applications, and can be used in place of a comparable 6” vacuum or piston pump, making it a cost-effective dewatering option.

“This 6” version was created, in part, due to the high demand to expand the rotary pump family’s dewatering capabilities,” said Chris Thompson, President of Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Company.
