여러 애플리케이션에 효과적·효율적인 고형분 제거기능 제공하는 'Drop-in Clarifier' 시스템 

 유나이티드 렌탈사(United Lentals)는 오늘 다양한 폐기물 흐름을 위한 완전한 고체 제거 솔루션을 제공하는 'CL-250 급속침전장치(Clarifier)'를 발표했다.

클라리퍼(Clarifier) 시스템은 고형폐기물 제거 효율을 높이는 동시에 정수처리 공정의 동원시간과 사업영역도 줄일 수 있도록 했다.

'CL-250 급속침전장치(Clarifier)'는 오픈탑 프락 탱크(open top frac tank)에 쉽게 배치되도록 설계돼 저비용 고효율 고형물 제거 시스템으로서 탱크가 빠르게 기능할 수 있도록 했다.

시스템의 경사판 주름(Lamella) 급속침전장치(Clarifier) 설계는 설치 면적보다 10배 더 많은 안착 면적을 만든다. 이 효율적인 설계는 하나의 16.5피트 CL-250 모바일 장치가 42피트 고정 설치 급속침전장치(Clarifier)와 동일한 처리 용량을 제공할 수 있도록 한다.

'CL-250 급속침전장치(Clarifier)'는 단위당 분당 최대 500갤런의 유량을 수용할 수 있으므로 프로젝트에서 일반적으로 필요로 하는 다수의 정착 탱크를 임대할 필요가 없다. 현장에서 장비 소모가 줄어들면 프로세스가 더욱 간소화되고 전반적으로 안전해질 수 있다.

시스템이 설치되면, 물이 클리어퍼에 들어가 첫 번째 보를 넘어 두 번째 보 아래를 흐른 다음 클리어퍼 시스템 내의 경사판을 통해 위로 흐른다. CL-250 클라리퍼 유닛에는 슬러지 제거 인서트가 장착되어 있어 프로세스 중단 없이 슬러지를 펌핑할 수 있다.

 United Rentals, Inc. today announced the CL-250 Clarifier, which delivers a complete solids removal solution for a wide range of waste streams.

The clarifier system allows companies to increase efficiency of solid waste removal while also reducing the mobilization time and project footprint of water treatment processes.

The CL-250 Clarifier is designed to be easily deployed in an open top frac tank, allowing the tank to quickly function as a low cost, highly effective solids removal system.

The system’s slant plate Lamella clarifier design creates ten times more settling area than its footprint. This efficient design allows one 16.5-foot CL-250 mobile unit to provide the same treatment capacity as a 42-foot fixed installation clarifier.

The CL-250 Clarifier can accommodate flows up to 500 gallons-per-minute per unit, so there is no need to rent the multiple settling tanks that projects typically require. Fewer pieces of equipment onsite can lead to a more streamlined process and overall safer project.

The CL-250 Clarifier can also be used in a standard weir tank. United Rentals filtration application engineers are available to work with companies to determine settling and flow rates for different sludge types ahead of installation.

Once the system is installed, the water enters the clarifier, flows over the first weir, under the second weir and then up through the slant plates within the clarifier system. CL-250 Clarifier units are outfitted with sludge removal inserts to allow sludge to be pumped out without interruption to the process.

The United Rentals CL-250 Clarifier has the versatility to be effective across a variety of worksites and high-volume projects including refineries, chemical plants, construction dewatering, environmental remediation and pipelines.
