유지관리 쉽고 액체분뇨·소화물 처리 위한 건조물질 함량 최대 40%

포겔상(Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG)이 새로운 프레스 스크류 분리기 ‘XSplit’를 출시했다. 이 분리기는 유지관리가 쉽고, 액체 분뇨 및 소화물 처리를 위한 건조 물질 함량이 최대 40%에 달한다.

포겔상은 지난 11월 15∼19일 올덴부르크(Essen)에 위치한 본사에서 ‘XSplit’ 출시 기념 기술 시연회를 진행하고 있다.

새로운 드라이브 배열로 유지관리 비용 절감

‘XSplit’은 바이오가스 플랜트 운영자와 계약자가 소화액과 액체 분뇨를 분리할 수 있도록 도와준다. 포겔상은 프레스 스크류 분리기를 사용해 액체분뇨와 소화물의 고체·액체 분리를 시도하고 테스트했던 방법을 적용하고 기술을 최적화했다.

드라이브가 고체 배출구에 있어 기존 분리기와 달리 액체가 드라이브에 들어갈 수 없다. 이는 샤프트 씰이 더 이상 필요하지 않음을 의미하므로 유지보수 노력과 비용을 줄일 수 있다.

안정적인 플러그

분리 영역에서 프레스 나사가 작동하는 고품질 엘라스토머 씰링 디스크는 추가 지원 없이 초기 누출이 거의 없는(zero initial leakage) 안정적인 플러그 형성을 보장한다.

프레싱 영역과 그에 따른 건조 물질 함량도 그저 몇 단계 안에 개별적인 조정이 가능하다.

최적화된 기술력으로 포겔상의 프레스 스크류 분리기는 최대 40%의 고체 분율(solid fraction) 내에서 건조 물질 함량을 달성하고, 액체분뇨 및 소화물 처리와 관련된 광범위한 요구사항을 충족할 수 있다. 포겔상 관계자는 회사가 ‘XSplit’를 개발할 때 가장 중점을 뒀던 부분이 사용자를 위한 우수한 비용 편익 비율이라고 전했다.

한편, 포겔상은 오는 12월 7∼9일 개최되는 바이오가스 무역 박람회(부스위치 및 번호 : Hall 9, Stand D28)에서 ‘XSplit’ 분리기를 전시, 홍보한다.

VOGELSANG LAUNCHES SEPARATOR FOR PROCESSING OF DIGESTATE AND LIQUID MANURE

Essen (Oldenburg), Germany, November 22nd, 2021 – Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG is launching an innovative press screw separator. The XSplit separator is easy to maintain and enables a dry matter content of up to 40 percent for liquid manure and digestate processing.

The biogas specialist audience will see the XSplit for the first time at the BIOGAS Trade Fair (December 7th-9th, 2021) in Nuremberg. Vogelsang already demonstrated the XSplit to the agricultural specialist audience during its inhouse event held at the company's headquarters in Essen (Oldenburg) from November 15th-19th, 2021.

NEW DRIVE ARRANGEMENT REDUCES MAINTENANCE COSTS

The XSplit helps biogas plant operators and contractors to separate digestate and liquid manure for further use optimally. Vogelsang has taken up the tried and tested method of solid-liquid separation of liquid manure and digestate using a press screw separator and optimized the technology behind it: the drive is located at the solids outlet and not, as is customary on the market, at the inflow of the raw medium. In contrast to conventional separators, liquid cannot get into the drive. This means a shaft seal is no longer required, which in turn reduces maintenance effort and costs. Vogelsang's QuickService concept also enables direct access to the screen and press screw for quick service.

RELIABLE PLUGGING

A high-quality elastomer sealing disc, against which the press screw works in the separation area, ensures reliable plug formation, without extra aid and with almost zero initial leakage. The pressing area and thus the dry substance content can also be adjusted quickly and individually in just a few steps. With its optimized technology, the press screw separator from Vogelsang achieves a dry matter content in the solid fraction of up to 40 percent, making it capable of meeting a wide range of requirements relating to liquid manure and digestate processing. In developing the separator, the company also placed great emphasis on a very good cost-benefit ratio for the user.
