[칠레] 영국 기술 사용해 물공급 네트워크 모니터링

칠레 물공익사업 Esval-Aguas del Valle는 발파라이소(Valparaiso)와 코큄보(Coquimbo) 지역에서 물공급 네트워크 성능을 측정하고 모니터링을 할 수 있도록 영국 회사 i2O를 선택했다.

Glemans와 마찬가지로 칠레의 파트너인 i2O은 네트워크를 통해 폭 넓은 확장 상태에서 dNet 솔루션을 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 Esval-Aguas del Valle와 긴밀하게 작업할 것이다.

이 프로젝트의 목적은 Esval-Aguas del Valle에게 고객서비스의 향상된 수준을 제공하기 위해 네트워크 수행에 대한 가시성을 제공한다.

계약의 일환으로, 서비스 수준 리포트는 칠레의 규제기관인 SISS를 위해 작성될 것이다. 모든 정보는 i20의 dNet 기업 데이터 플랫폼을 통해 Esval-Aguas del Valle에서 접근 가능하며 사용 할 수 있다.

i2O 기술은 이미 전 세계 25개국 125개 이상의 물기업에서 사용되고 있다고 회사는 보도자료를 통해 말했다.

Chile to monitor water supply network using British technology

Chilean water utility Esval-Aguas del Valle has selected British company i2O to help measure and monitor the performance of its water supply network in the regions of Valparaiso and Coquimbo.

 
i2O, along with Glemans, its partner in Chile, will work closely with Esval-Aguas del Valle to deploy the dNet solution in a wide extension across the network.

The aim of the project is to give Esval-Aguas del Valle more visibility on network performance to deliver an improved level of customer service

As part of the agreement, service level reports will be produced for the Chilean regulator, SISS. All data will be available and accessible to Esval-Aguas del Valle from i2O’s dNet Enterprise data platform.

i2O technologies are already being used by more than 125 water companies in 25 countries around the world, the company said in a press release.

Gonzalo Murillo, head of deputy manager of network development department at Esval-Aguas del Valle, said: “Esval needs accurate information about the pressure on its water network so that it can improve the supply to customers and reduce leakage and the frequency of bursts.  i2O’s dNet solution offer us accurate and complete data that we can rely upon for decision-making.”

Joel Hagan, CEO of i2O, said: “Esval-Aguas del Valle, like many utilities around the world, faces increasing demand for water and has recognised that improving the smart capabilities of its network is crucial. We have specifically developed the dNet solution to provide water utilities with the ability to rapidly collect data that can be used to help improve the overall performance of its network.”
