[Forterra] 친환경 바이오 서비스 및 모듈형 습지 시스템 획득

배수 파이프 및 물 관련 제품 제조업체 포테라(Forterra)는 친환경 바이오 서비스(Bio Clean Environmental Services, Inc., 이하 Bio Clean)와 모듈형 습지 시스템(Modular Wetland Systems, Inc., 이하 Modular Wetlands)을 계열사로 인수했다고 지난 5일 밝혔다.

이에 따라 현지 기준(특성)에 맞춰 오염물질을 거르고 침전물을 제거하는 보다 넓은 차원의 빗물 품질 측정 및 생물여과기술이 제공될 전망이다. 처리 효과는 아직 공개되지 않았다.

이번 인수에는 모듈형 습지 제품 라인 및 관련된 모든 지적 재산권이 포함된다. 이로 인해 포테라(Forterra)에 배수 파이프 및 각종 제품 사업이 추가될 예정이다.

Forterra acquires Bio Clean Environmental Services and Modular Wetland Systems

Forterra, a manufacturer of water and drainage pipe and products, today announced that it has acquired affiliated companies Bio Clean Environmental Services, Inc. ("Bio Clean") and Modular Wetland Systems, Inc. ("Modular Wetlands").

The entities offer a broad range of storm water quality and biofiltration technologies that filter pollutants and remove sediment in accordance with local standards. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The purchase includes the Modular Wetlands product line and all related intellectual property. For Forterra, this acquisition complements its drainage pipe and products business.
