[이탈리아] 드노라, 차세대 전기염소처리 시스템 클로텍(ClorTec) 출시

 

 

이타리아의 수처리 기업인 드 노라 워터 테크놀로지(De Nora Water Technologies)는 물 소독, 여과 및 전기염소처리 시스템의 설계 및 제조업체인 클로텍(ClorTec) 현장 염소 발생기의 업그레이드 버전을 9월 29 일부터 10월 3일까지 2018 미국 시카고 수질환경기술박람회(WEFTEC)에서 열 예정이라고 발표했다.

 

새로운 De Nora ClorTec DN Gen II 전기염소처리 시스템은 보다 우수한 현장 차아염소산염 생성 효율을 제공하도록 설계되었다. 업그레이드에는 듀티 및 대기장치를 동일한 프레임에 장착할 수 있는 새로운 디자인이 포함되어 설치 공간(footprint)에 최대 50%를 절약 할 수 있다. 

 

다른 개선사항으로는 모든 구성 요소에 100% 액세스할 수 있고 작동 및 유지 보수가 간단하며, 추가 유연성을 위해 건물의 어느 위치에나 배치할 수 있는 독점적인 액체 흐름 배킹 보드가 포함되어 있다.

 

새로운 기능으로 비 간섭식 레벨 스위치 및 온도센서 설계, 선택적인 분할흐름기술 및 물 및 염수 흐름제어가 포함되어 있다. 또한 스마트 모니터링 기술 및 산 세척 알람 기능을 통해 사용자는 시스템 작동을 원격으로 모니터링, 문제 해결 및 제어하고 운영 및 성능 데이터를 원격으로 제공할 수 있다.

De Nora launches next generation of ClorTec

Designer and maufacturer of water disinfection, filtration and electrochlorination systems, De Nora Water Technologies, has announced that the launch of the upgraded version of the ClorTec on-site sodium hypochlorite generators will take place at WEFTEC, from 29 September to 3 October.

 

The new De Nora ClorTec DN Gen II electrochlorination system is designed to offer greater on-site sodium hypochlorite generation efficiency. Upgrades include a new design that allows the duty and standby units to be mounted on the same frame, saving up to 50% on the footprint. Other improvements include 100% access to every component, making operation and maintenance simple, and a proprietary liquid flow backboard that can be located anywhere in the building for additional flexibility.

 

New features include a non-intrusive level switch and temperature sensor design, optional split flow technology, and water and brine flow controls. Additionally, Smart Monitoring technology and acid cleaning notifications allow users to remotely monitor, troubleshoot and control the operation of their system and provide operation and performance data remotely.
