산업 공정 엔지니어링을 위한 계측장비 제조 판매 서비스 및 솔루션 분야의 글로벌 리더인 미국 엔드레스 하우저(Endress+Hauser)는 최근 ‘프로라인 프로매그(Proline Promag) W 300과 W500’을 출시했다. 

 

‘Promag W 300’은 다중 I/O(입력/출력)를 갖춘 새로운 소형 버전이며, 기존의 원격 버전 인 ‘Promag W 500’은 이제 디지털 원격 송신기로 사용할 수 있다.  디지털 원격 송신기는 최대 300m(1,000ft)의 최대 연결 케이블 길이를 허용한다.

 

 'Promag W' 유량계는 물과 하·폐수 산업의 요구 사항을 충족시키기 위한 모든 옵션을 갖추고 있다. 그들은 수중 및 매장 시설에 필요한 기술 이전 승인, 예전 승인 및 IP68을 보유하고 있다. 

 

이 장치는 용접 플랜지(flanges) 및 랩 조인트 플랜지(lap-joint flanges)와 함께 사용할 수 있다.  0 DN 흡입구 옵션을 사용하면 장애물이 발생한 직후에 미터기를 설치하더라도 ±0.5 % 이상의 성능을 보장할 수 있다. 

 

세 가지 라이너 옵션, 경질 고무, 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 및 PTFE(폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌)는 'KT/W270', 'WRAS', 'NSF 61' 및 'ACS'와 같이 필요한 모든 국제 식수 분야 승인을 받았다. 'Promag W' 센서는 1인치에서 90인치까지의 라인 크기로 제공된다. 이 장치는 'ISO/IEC 17025' 기준에 따라 교정되었다.

 

■ 웹 서버 - 현장에서 직접 데이터 액세스(Web server - direct data access in the field)
 'Proline 300/500' 송신기에는 웹 서버가 표준으로 포함되어 있다. 사용자는 표준 이더넷 케이블과 랩톱 또는 WLAN을 통한 무선을 사용하여 추가 소프트웨어 또는 하드웨어 없이 모든 진단, 구성 및 장치 데이터에 직접 액세스 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 목표를 정하고 시간을 절약할 수 있는 유지 보수 및 서비스가 가능하다.

 

■ 하트 비트 기술(Heartbeat Technology)
신뢰할 수 있는 측정 및 최대 작동 안전성을 위한 하트 비트 기술 테스트 기능은 모든 Proline 측정 장치에 통합되어 있으며, 최고 진단 범위 (>95 %)로 영구적 인자가 진단은 물론 TUV 테스트를 거친 도량형 추적 가 장치 검증 프로세스가 중단된다. 이 모든 것이 플랜트의 복잡성과 위험을 줄이고 신뢰성과 가용성을 향상시킨다.

 

■ HistoROM - 간단하고 있을 수 없어(HistoROM - simply unforgettable)
독특한 데이터 저장 개념(HistoROM)은 서비스 전, 도중 및 후에 최대 데이터 보안을 보장한다. 모든 보정 데이터 및 장치 매개 변수는 HistoROM 데이터 저장 모듈에 안전하게 저장되며 유지 보수 작업 후 자동으로 다시 로드된다.

 

 HistoROM 데이터 저장 모듈은 진단 및 구성 변경과 같은 최대 20 개의 타임 스탬프 처리 된 이벤트 메시지를 저장한다. 선택 사양인 Extended HistoROM 어플리케이션 패키지가 선택되면 1∼4 채널을 통해 최대 1,000개의 측정값을 기록하는 옵션과 함께 최대 100개의 이벤트가 저장된다. 예비 부품 설치가 쉽고 시간을 절약할 수 있으므로 불필요한 가동 중지 시간이 줄어든다.

Endress+Hauser Introduces Proline Promag W 300/500

 

Endress+Hauser launches its Proline Promag W 300/500. Promag W 300 is the new compact version with multiple I/Os(Input/Output), while the existing remote version, Promag W 500, is now available as a digital remote transmitter. The digital remote transmitter allows a maximum connecting cable length of up to 300 m (1,000 ft).

 

The Promag W flowmeters feature all options to fulfill the requirements of the water and wastewater industry. They possess the necessary custody transfer approvals, Ex approvals as well as IP68 for underwater and buried installations. The devices are available with welded flanges as well as with lap-joint flanges. The 0 DN inlet option allows for guaranteed measurement performance of ±0.5% or better even when the meter is installed immediately after any obstruction. The three liner options, hard rubber, polyurethane and PTFE, have all necessary international drinking water approvals such as KTW/W270, WRAS, NSF 61 und ACS. The Promag W sensor is available in line sizes starting at 1” up to 90”. The device is calibrated according to ISO/IEC 17025.

 

Web server - direct data access in the field
 Proline 300/500 transmitters include a web server as a standard. Using a standard Ethernet cable and a laptop - or wireless over WLAN, users have direct access to all diagnostic, configuration and device data without additional software or hardware. This enables targeted and time-saving maintenance and service.

 

Heartbeat Technology - for reliable measurements and maximum operational safety Heartbeat Technology testing function is integrated into all Proline measuring devices and enables permanent self-diagnostics with the highest diagnostic coverage (>95%) as well as a TUV-tested, metrologically traceable device verification without process interruption. All of this reduces complexity and hazards in a plant and increases its reliability and availability.

 

HistoROM - simply unforgettable
 The one-of-a-kind data storage concept (HistoROM) ensures maximum data security ? before, during and after service. All calibration data and device parameters are stored securely on the HistoROM data storage module and are automatically reloaded after maintenance work. The HistoROM data storage module stores up to 20 timestamped event messages such as diagnostics and configuration changes. If the optional Extended HistoROM application package is selected, up to 100 of these events will be stored, along with the option to record up to 1,000 measured values via 1 to 4 channels. Installing spare parts is easy, saves time and thus reduces unnecessary downtimes.
