북부 텍사스 유틸리티 지구는 주의 폐수법 위반으로 30건 이상 소환장을 받았으며 운영 허가를 잃을 수도 있다.

 
Fort Worth Star-Telegram은 부적절한 폐수 방출을 포함하여 6년간 발생한 위반사항을 보고한다.

 
환경 질에 관한 텍사스위원회는 위반으로 인해 지구에 7만5천 달러 벌금이 부과되었다고 말했다. 지구 공무원들은 그들이 이미 문제를 해결했다고 말하지만 다음달 행정 청문회에서 Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1이 폐수처리 허가증을 갱신할 수 있을지 결정된다.

NORTH TEXAS UTILITY MAY LOSE WASTEWATER PERMIT FOR TOO MANY VIOLATIONS

 A north Texas utility district has received over 30 citations for violation of state wastewater law, and may lose its operating permit.

 
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that the violations, including improper disharge of wastewater occurred over a six-year period.

 
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality says the district was fined $75,000 for the violations. District officials say they has already addressed the problems, but an administrative hearing next month will determine if the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 can renew its permit to handle wastewater.
