펌프맨홀딩스(PumpMan Holdings) LLC는 서비스 제공 및 유통 센터를 확장하면서 바틀리 펌프(Bartley Pump), WC Weil 등 두 회사 인수를 완료했다.

캘리포니아 북부 기반의 펌프서비스 및 수리회사인 바틀리 펌프(Bartley Pump)는 펌프, 모터, 압력 탱크, 필터, 밸브 및 제어장치를 설계, 판매, 서비스 및 수리를 한다. WC Weil은 도시 수도 및 하수처리 시스템용 펌프장비 및 시스템 서비스 제공 업체이다.

펌프맨홀딩스의 도날드 디바인(Donald Devine) 사장 겸 CEO는  "Bartley Pump는 업계에서 50년 이상 동안 주거용, 상업용, 시립 및 농업용 잠수정, 원심 분리기, 제트, 부스터, 터빈, 섬프, 정화조 및 분쇄기 펌프 및 시스템을 전문으로 하며, 이번에 Bartley Pump 인수로 농업 펌프 시스템 서비스 및 수리를 포함하는 전문성을 확장할 계획이다”라고 말했다.

PumpMan Holdings acquires Bartley Pump, W.C. Weil
   

SADDLE BROOK, NJ, AUG 30, 2017 -- PumpMan Holdings LLC, a Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of two companies, expanding its service offerings and distribution centers.

Bartley Pump, a Northern California based pump service and repair company designs, sells, services, and repairs well pumps, motors, pressure tanks, filters, valves, and controls. W.C. Weil is a pump equipment and systems service provider for municipal water and wastewater treatment systems.
