[미국] 코흐 멤브레인, 중국서 폐수 프로젝트 위한 Puron MBR 기술 제공

코흐 멤브레인 시스템사(Koch Membrane Systems Inc)의 푸론(Puron)®멤브레인 바이오 리액터(MBR) 모듈은 중국 산동성 지난(Ji’nan) 폐수처리장 I 및 공장 II의 확장을 위해 선정되었다.

 각 처리장의 처리용량은 10만㎥/일이다.

폐수처리장은 차이나 에버브라이트 워터사(China Everbright Water Ltd)에 의해 건설되고 운영될 것이며, 이 프로젝트는 올해 말에 인수될 것으로 예상된다.

코흐(Koch)의 Puron MBR은 이미 중국의 다양한 도시 하수 및 산업폐수 처리 프로젝트에서 강력한 입지를 확보하고 있다.

카이미 멤브레인 테크놀로지 코퍼레이션(Kiangm Kaimi Membrane Technology Co Ltd)의 왕후일린(Wang Huailin) 회장은 “이 공장의 멤브레인 시스템을 설계, 건설 및 공급할 예정이며, 55,000㎥/일의 베이징 Daxing Tiantanghe 폐수처리 시설에서 Koch의 Puron MBR 기술에 대한 좋은 경험을 가지고 있다”고 말했다.

 왕 회장은 이어 "2016 년 베이징 공장 가동 이후 Puron 멤브레인은 오염이 없는 설치를 제공하기 위해 지하 건설 모델에 사용되었다”면서  “Huailin은 독특한 단일 헤더 및 중앙 통기 디자인 기능과 Koch의 탁월한 전문기술로 인해 Purone 제품의 낮은 파울링 및 낮은 운영비용에 깊은 인상을 받았다”고 말했다.

Koch Membrane Systems의 매니 싱(Manny Singh) 사장은 "Everbright Water Group이 자사의 기존 공장에서 Puron 제품의 이점을 인식하고 주력 신규 프로젝트를 선정하게 되어 매우 기쁘다"고 말했다.

Koch Membrane to provide Puron MBR technology for wastewater project in China

Koch Membrane Systems Inc’s Puron®membrane bio-reactor (MBR) modules have been selected for the expansion of the Ji’nan Wastewater Treatment Plant I and Plant II in Shandong province, China.

Each plant will have a treating capacity of 100,000m3/day.

The wastewater treatment plants will be built and operated by China Everbright Water Ltd, and the project is expected to be commissioned by the end of this year.

Koch’s Puron MBR already has a strong presence in various municipal and industrial wastewater treatment projects in China.

Wang Huailin, president of Jiangsu Kaimi Membrane Technology Co Ltd, who will design, build and supply the membrane system for these plants, said they have had good experience with Koch’s Puron MBR technology in the 55,000m3/day Beijing Daxing Tiantanghe Waste Water Treatment Project.

“Since the 2016 Beijing plant startup, the Puron membranes have been used in an underground construction model to provide a pollution-free installation. We have been impressed with the low fouling and low operating costs from the Puron product, due to its unique single header and central aeration design features and the process expertise Koch brings to the table,” said Huailin.

“We are excited that Everbright Water Group recognized the benefits of our Puron product in their existing plant and selected us for their flagship new projects,” said Manny Singh, president of Koch Membrane Systems.
