뉴테라(Newterra Inc.)는 9일(현지시간) 맞춤형 수처리 솔루션 전문 여과시설 공급업체 ESS(Environmental Site Solutions)의 자산을 인수했다고 발표했다. 

2018년에 설립된 이 회사는 도시 식수, 건설 탈수, 식음료, 전력 등 여러 시장에 솔루션을 제공한다. 대표적으로 정수 장비, 시스템 임대 및 통합, 필터 매체 공급, 필터 여과제 교체 서비스 등이 있다.

케빈 캐시디(Kevin Cassidy) 뉴테라의 최고경영자는 "ESS 인수는 양사 모두에게 득이 되는 윈윈(Win-Win) 전략으로 작용한다"며 "ESS는 식수, 산업, 치료 분야로 영역을 확장하는 동시에 필터 매체 공급과 교체 서비스를 강화한다"고 말했다. 

캐시디는 또 "뉴테라는 복잡한 시스템을 통합하고 패키지 여과 시스템 등 광범위한 기술을 활용해 ESS의 시스템 기능을 향상한다"며 "ESS 뉴테라의 구성원으로 맞이할 수 있어 기쁘다"고 소감을 밝혔다.

Newterra Acquires Environmental Site Solutions, LLC

 

CORAOPOLIS, PA. – August 3, 2023 – Newterra Inc. today reported it acquired the assets of Environmental Site Solutions, LLC, a Seattle area-based supplier specializing in filtration systems tailored to water treatment solutions. Founded in 2018, the company delivers solutions across several markets, including municipal drinking water, construction dewatering, remediation, food and beverage, power, microelectronics, and refining. Offerings include water filtration equipment, system rentals and leases, system integration, supply of filter media, and turn-key filter media change-out services.
