프랑스 플랜트 업체 테크닙(Technip)이 노르웨이 석유생산회사 스타토일(Statoil)의 잠수, 관로 보수, 비상업무 및 변경 관련 서비스에 대한 계약을 연장했다. 테크닙은 2007년 1월부터 이 계약을 수행해 왔으며 2014년 12월 종료일까지 연장된 상태이다. 이로 인한 연간 수익은 5,000만~8,000만 유로 수준일 것으로 예상된다.

 

이번 계약은 스타토일의 모든 잠수업무 및 연안에서 시행하는 잠수부 지원사업에 대한 독점 계약으로,검사·유지관리·보수와 관련된 해저 해상 사업의 관리 및 실행, 예정된 유지보수·변경·설치작업 등의 잠수업무, 관로·해저 장비 보수와 관련한 비상업무에 대한 내용을 포함한다.

이 사업은 잠수부의 지원을 통해 또는 원격으로 운영되며, 이번 계약은 노르웨이 스타방에르에 위치한 테크닙 운영센터에서 관리한다.

Technip was awarded the last option for the Statoil frame contract for diving, pipeline repair, contingency and modificationservices.

 

The frame contract has been held by Technip since January 2007 and is now extended to the latest possible completion date of December 2014. The yearly revenue under the contract is expected to be
in the range of 50-80 million. This contract is an exclusive agreement for all diving and diver assisted operations offshore for Statoil. This is an important milestone in an expanding diving market.

 

 It covers management and execution of subsea marine operations within inspection, maintenance and repair and diving, such as planned maintenance, modifications and installation work, and contingency for
pipeline and subsea equipment repair.

 

The operations are diver assisted or remotely operated. The contract is managed by Technip’s operating center in Stavanger, Norway.
