[독일] 발멧, 하·폐수서 99.9% 미세플라스틱 제거하는 ECOFARIO 기술 공급

독일의 스타트업 기업인 발멧(Valmet)이 에코파리오(ECOFARIO) GmbH와 첫 번째 산업 시범 공장의 자동화 관련 개발, 협력 및 서비스 계약을 체결했다.

발멧(Valmet) 하·폐수에서 고유하고 달라붙는 오염물질을 포함해 미세플라스틱의 최대 99.9%를 제거하는 기술을 개발했다.

협약에 따라 에코파리오(ECOFARIO)가 향후 설비를 위해 발멧(Valmet)의 자동화를 독점적으로 제공한다. 이는 2020년 2/4분기에 받은 발멧(Valmet)의 주문에 포함되었다.

Valmet To Supply Automation To ECOFARIO's Technology That Removes Up To 99.9% Of Microplastics In Wastewater

Valmet has signed a development, cooperation and service agreement with ECOFARIO GmbH regarding automation for its first industrial pilot plant.

The German startup company has developed a technology, which removes up to 99.9 percent of microplastics, including the inherent and adhering pollutants from wastewater. According to the agreement, ECOFARIO will exclusively offer Valmet’s automation for its future installations.

The order was included in Valmet's orders received of the second quarter 2020. The value of the order will not be disclosed.

“Our patented break-through technology for removing microplastics from wastewater is a sustainable solution that will positively impact the wellbeing of all global ecosystems. To operate the process efficiently, we decided to base our process automation on Valmet’s reliable DNA automation system. Information about Valmet’s delivery
Valmet’s delivery includes a Valmet DNA automation system. It is operated with Valmet’s up-to-date DNA User Interface that comes with a secure web-based access.

This allows the plant staff to access relevant information whenever they need it, regardless of their location. The integration of measurements for analyzing the wastewater quality are already in planning and will complete the automation solution.
