[미국] 뉴테라 그룹 인수한 프론트낙, 세계 모듈식 수처리 시장 진출

 

미국  시카고에 본사를 둔 사모펀드 회사인 프론트낙 컴퍼니(Frontenac Company)가 기관투자사인 XPV 워터파트너스(XPV Water Partners)와 LLC(유한책임회사 ; Limited Liability Company)를 포함한 현재 주주들로부터 글로벌 모듈식 수처리 회사(Global Modular Water Treatment Company)인 뉴테라 그룹(Newterra Group Ltd.)을 인수했다고 11월 2일 발표했다.

Chicago, Illinois - Frontenac Company (“Frontenac”) announced today that it has acquired Newterra Group Ltd. (“Newterra” or the “Company”), a Global Modular Water Treatment Company, from its current shareholders including institutional investors XPV Water Partners and Angeleno Group, LLC.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Capstone Headwaters and its Water Technology Practice advised Newterra and its board on this transaction.
