[독일] 만앤휴멜,  MBR 탑재 'BIO-CEL EASY' 모듈 출시

글로벌 멤브레인 제조업체인 만앤휴멜(MAN+HUMEL)의 멤브레인 솔루션 부문인 마이크로다인-나디르(MICRODYN-NADIR)는 멤브레인 바이오리엑터(membrane bioreactor  ; MBR) 기술을 탑재한  '바이오 셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)'를 2월 15일 출시됐다.

 '바이오셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)'는 포장된 독립형 하·폐수처리 모듈이자 수처리 시장에서 가장 손쉬운 플러그 앤 플레이(plug-and-play) MBR을 경험할 수 있다.

마이크로다인-나디르(MICRODYN-NADIR)의 MBR 글로벌 제품 매니저인 쥴리안 클레인(Julian Klein)은 "공항, 호텔, 병원, 쇼핑센터 및 기타 유사한 규모의 시설들은 해당 장소에서 발생하는 하·폐수를 간편하고 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 방법이 필요하며 '바이오셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)'는 이를 위해 제공한다"라고 말했다.

쥴리안 클레인(Julian Klein) 매니저는 이어 "이 제품은 최첨단 기술로 만들어졌으며 탁월한 성능을 보장하며 사용 및 설치가 매우 쉽다"라고 덧붙였다.

 '바이오셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)' 모듈은 한외여과 멤브레인 시트와 강력한 'AISI 304' 스테인리스 프레임의 조합이다.

이 모듈은 간편한 조립 및 설치, 빠르고 간단한 설계, 유연한 구성을 제공하여 설치비용, 엔지니어링 시간 및 투자비용을 절감한다.

각 모듈은 도시 용도의 경우 최대 24㎥/일, 산업 용도의 경우 최대 12㎥/일을 처리할 수 있다.

추가적인 이점으로서 모듈은 선택적 여과 탱크인 바이오 셀 이지 탱크(BIO-CEL EASY TANK)에 완벽하게 맞는다. 모듈 및 탱크 설계를 통해 시설의 폐수 처리 요구에 따라 설계, 조립, 연결, 이동 및 확장이 용이하다.

마이크로다인-나디르(MICRODYN-NADIR)의 마르코 나바(Marco Nava) 멤브레인 솔루션 부사장은 "바이오 셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)는 모든 사람이 한 방울의 물도 회수할 수 있는 사용자 친화적인 시스템에 접근할 수 있도록 설계되었다"라면서 "이 때문에 이 모듈들은 소량이라도 물 회수에 관심을 갖는 모든 사람들이 설치하고 사용할 수 있다"고 말했다.

 '바이오셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)' 모듈은 가장 최근에 바이오셀 MBR 라인에 추가된 것으로, 대형 하·폐수처리 프로젝트를 위한 혁신적인 바이오셀-2 모듈도 포함되어 있다.

'바이오 셀 이지(BIO-CEL EASY)'는 이름 그대로 쉽게(Easy) 설계되었다. 중소 규모 프로젝트에 이상적인 작지만 강력한 모듈이다.

Introducing BIO-CEL EASY - Small But Mighty MBR Module

BIO-CEL EASY was launched today by global membrane manufacturer MICRODYN-NADIR, the Membrane Solutions segment of MANN+HUMMEL.

Equipped with membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology, BIO-CEL EASY is a packaged, standalone wastewater treatment module and the easiest plug-and-play MBR experience in the market.

“Airports, hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, and other similarly-sized establishments need a simple and efficient way to treat wastewater generated at their locations, and BIO-CEL EASY provides that for them."

BIO-CEL EASY modules are a combination of ultrafiltration membrane sheets and a robust AISI 304 stainless steel frame.

The modules offer easy assembly and installation; fast and simple design; and flexible configurations, which saves on installation costs, engineering hours, and investment costs.

Each module can treat up to 24 m³/d for municipal applications and 12 m³/d for industrial applications.

As an added benefit, the module fits perfectly in the optional filtration tank: BIO-CEL EASY TANK. The module and tank design makes it easy to design, assemble, connect, move, and expand, depending on the wastewater treatment needs of the facility.
