인도의 세계적인 펌프 제조회사인 KBL(Kirloskar Brothers Limited)에서 새로 출시한 'SP(Self-Priming) 결합 펌프셋(Coupled Pumpset)'는 동일한 양의 액체를 펌핑하기 위한 에너지 소비가 16.5% 감소하는 최고급 효율성(UltraPremium Efficienc)을 제공한다.

IE5 모터가 장착된 이 고급 'SP 결합 펌프셋'의 출시는 우수한 고객 가치를 제공하려는 KBL의 약속을 향한 또 다른 큰 단계이다.

이 새로운 펌프세트는 누출 제로, 마찰 손실이 적으며, 샤프트 마모 방지를 보장하는 우수한 품질의 글랜드 패킹(Gland packed) / 기계식 씰(mechanical sea)과 같은 다양한 기능을 제공하여 유지보수가 쉽고 수명이 길어진다. 수소화 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무(HNBR ;  hydrogenating acrylonitrile butadiene rubber)와 세라믹 조합으로 최대 120도의 유체 온도를 견딜 수 있다.

IE5 모터가 있는 SP 결합 펌프 세트는 AC 유도 모터 설계로 높은 효율을 달성했다. 영구 자석, 추가 액세서리 또는 제어 장비가 없기 때문에 로컬 수준에서 작동, 유지 관리 및 서비스가 용이하다.

견고한 디자인과 고급 단열재로 다양한 현장 조건에서 작업하기에 가장 적합하다. 극도의 전력 변동을 견딜 수 있어 신뢰성, 향상된 장비 안전성 및 긴 수명을 보장한다.

최신 코팅 기술의 CED 코팅 임펠러(Coated Impeller)는 균일한 코팅으로 내식성을 제공하여 수명을 연장합니다. 비로그(Non-clog) 임펠러는 최대 40mm 크기의 부유 연질 고체를 처리하는 데 도움이 되므로 하·폐수처리 및 탈수 응용 분야에 적합하다.

자체 프라이밍을 사용하면 더 이상 풋 밸브로 프라이밍을 설정할 필요가 없으므로 시작 시간이 빨라진다. 최대 32미터의 헤드 레인지와 최대 75리터(L)/초의 토출량을 가지고 있다.

KBL Launches SP Coupled Pumpset With IE5 Motor Offering Ultra-Premium Efficiencies

The newly launched SP Coupled Pumpset from KBL offers Ultra-Premium Efficiency with high specific discharge resulting in 16.5% less energy consumption for pumping the same amount of liquid. 

Equipped with IE5 motor, the launch of this advanced SP coupled pumpset is another big step towards KBL's commitment to offering superior customer value. 

 This new pumpset offers an array of features like superior quality Gland packed/mechanical seal that ensures zero leakage, lower friction loss, protects from wearing of the shaft, thus resulting in easy maintenance and longer life. 

With the hydrogenating acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) and ceramic combination, it can withstand fluid temperature up to 120 degrees. 

 The SP Coupled pumpset with IE5 motor has high efficiencies achieved with AC induction motor design. It is easy to operate, maintain, and service at local levels as there are no permanent magnets, added accessories or control equipment.
