프랑스의 환경전문기업인 베올리아워터테크놀로지스(Veolia Water Technologies)는 화장품 업계의 전도성이 낮은 탈염수와 세균을 생산하는 더블패스 역삼투시스템(double-pass reverse osmosis system)인 SENSA™의 출시를 발표했다.

 SENSA™은 베올리아(Veolia )의 제약업계를 위한 기존의 다양한 수처리 솔루션을 보완하는 것으로 화장품 업계의 요구도 충족시키고 있다.

 

초순수 생산, 산업용 공정수 생산 및 유틸리티 용수와 같은 응용 분야에서 다양한 종류의 배출구 품질을 생산할 수 있는 SENSA는 화장품 산업의 모든 요구 사항을 충족한다.

SENSA™는 물이 막을 통해 정화되는 역삼투(RO) 시스템입니다. 이 정화 과정은 더 높은 수질을 달성하기 위해  SENSA™의 이중 통과 RO 구성에서 두 번 반복된다. 즉, 99% 이상의 염분을 제거하고 5 µS/cm의 낮은 전도율로 물을 생산한다.

6개의 스키드 마운트 유닛이 있는 이 시스템은 유입 수질에 따라 1.4~10㎥/시간의 유속을 가진 고가용성 시스템이다.

기존 시스템과 비교하여 SENSA™는 최대 90%의 물 손실을 최소화하기 위해 높은 회수율을 제공하는 친환경 시스템이다. 클린인플레이스(Clean-In-Place) 작동이 가능한 플러그 앤 플레이 장치를 자랑하며 원격 모니터링 및 제어 기능은 물론 유지보수를 위한 간편한 액세스를 제공한다.

Veolia introduces SENSA™, a standard product for applications in the cosmetics industry

Veolia Water Technologies announces the launch of SENSA™, a double-pass reverse osmosis system that produces demineralized water with low conductivity and bacteria for the cosmetics industry.

The SENSA complements Veolia’s existing range of water treatment solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, which also addresses the needs of the cosmetics industry. 

Capable of producing different kinds of water outlet qualities for applications such as ultrapure water production, industrial process water production, and utility water, SENSA meets all the requirements of the cosmetics industry.

SENSA is a reverse osmosis (RO) system, where water gets purified through a membrane. This purification process is repeated twice in SENSA’s double-pass RO configuration to achieve higher water quality — removing more than 99% of salts and producing water with a conductivity as low as 5 µS/cm. 

With six skid-mounted units, it is a high-availability system with flow rates ranging from 1.4 to 10 m³/h depending on the inlet water quality. 

Compared to conventional systems, SENSA is an eco-friendly system providing high water recovery to minimize water losses of up to 90%. It boasts a plug-and-play unit ready for Clean-In-Place operation and offers remote monitoring and control as well as easy access for maintenance. 

Tapping on Veolia’s proven expertise, SENSA is fully designed and standardized with models available according to European standards.
