물 인프라 설계 회사 젤엔지니어, 토지 측량 회사 밀람랜드서베잉 인수

아두라 그룹(Ardurra Group)은 젤 엔지니어(ZEL Engineers)와 밀람랜드서베잉(Milam Land Surveying)의 자산을 인수했다고 밝혔다. ZEL은 조지아주 오거스타에 본사를 둔 물 인프라 설계 회사, Milam은 플로리다 오칼라에 본사를 둔 토지 측량 회사다.

아두라 그룹은 미국 전역의 공공 및 민간 기업에 물·공공인프라·환경 등의 컨설팅 및 엔지니어링 서비스를 제공하는 ENR(Engineering News-Record) Top 500 기업이다.

에네스토 아길라(Ernesto Aguilar) 아두라 그룹의 사장 겸 CEO는 “미 동남부 지역으로 계속 확장하면서 상호 시너지를 제공하는 회사와 합병할 기회를 찾고 있다. 이 두 회사의 인수는 재능, 경험 및 고객 관계를 제공하여 고객과 직원에게 부가 가치를 제공한다. 우리는 남동부 지역으로 확장하면서 계속해서 구축할 역량에 대해 흥분하고 있다”고 말했다.

ARDURRA GROUP, INC. ACQUIRES TWO SOUTHEAST INFRASTRUCTURE FIRMS

Ardurra Group, Inc. (Ardurra) has acquired the assets of ZEL Engineers (ZEL) and Milam Land Surveying (Milam). ZEL is a water infrastructure design firm based in Augusta, Georgia. Milam is a land surveying firm based in Ocala, Florida.

Ardurra Group is an Engineering News-Record Top 500 firm providing consulting and engineering services to public and private entities throughout the United States.
