로체스터 허브 북미 최초 재활용 리튬 생산지 될 전망

2023년 말 가동 시작 예정인 로체스터 허브는 북미 최초의 상업용 하이드로메탈 배터리 자원 회수 시설이자 배터리급 재활용 탄산리튬 첫 생산지가 될 전망이다.

현장을 방문하는 아제이 코차르(Ajay Kochhar) 리사이클 공동창업자 겸 CEO와 리사이클 리더십 팀원, 정부 관계자 등이 간략한 발언을 할 예정이다. 더불어 이번 행사에는 찰스 E(Charles E. Schumer) 상원과 하원의원 조셉 모렐(Joseph Morelle) 원내대표의 발언이 포함될 예정이다.

Li-Cycle to Host Event to Announce Significant News Related to its Rochester Hub on Monday, February 27, 2023

 

Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. The Rochester Hub, which is on track to start commissioning in late 2023, is expected to be the first commercial hydrometallurgical battery resource recovery facility and the first source of recycled battery-grade lithium carbonate production in North America.

Brief remarks will be made by Li-Cycle’s co-founder and CEO, Ajay Kochhar, Li-Cycle leadership team members, and government officials who will be visiting the site. The event will include remarks from U.S. Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer and Congressman Joseph Morelle.
