텍사스 및 중서부 지역 주요 장비 솔루션 제공 업체 2곳 추가

유나이티드 플로우 테크놀로지스(United Flow Technologies, UFT)는 지난해 10월 코드루무니(Kodru-Mooney)를 인수한 데 이어 올해 3월 맥컬리 컨트롤 컴퍼니(Macaulay Controls Company, 이하 맥컬리) 인수를 했다고 밝혔다. UFT는 2021년 7월 설립 이후 9차례의 인수를 완료했다.

최근 체결된 두 건의 인수를 통해 중서부 및 텍사스 지역에서 UFT의 전략적 입지를 더욱 공고히하고 플랫폼에 제품 범주를 확장해 OEM 파트너십을 강화할 것이다. 코드루무니와 맥컬리는 지역별 전문 지식과 솔루션 기반 고객 서비스로 높은 평가를 받고 있는 기업이다.
