세계적으로 인정받는 유량계 제조업체인 맥크로미터(McCrometer, Inc.)는 최근 원격 측정 제품인 SmartTrax의 출시를 발표했다.

SmartTrax는 맥크로미터의 유량 측정 및 결합 솔루션 제품군의 최신 제품으로, 경제적인 가격으로 원격 계량기 및 센서 판독값을 제공한다. 맥크로미터의 타 출력 제품과 달리 SmartTrax는 출력이 있는 경우 맥크로미터 유량계 및 시중의 다른 브랜드와 호환이 가능하다.

에이미 데이비스(Aimee Davis) 마케팅 매니저는 "당사는 다양한 유량계 및 기존 전자 기기와 호환되는 결합 솔루션에 대한 필요성을 확인했다"라며 "많은 사용자들이 수년 동안 유량 측정 장치를 사용해 왔으며, 이제는 계량기를 개선해 자동화되고 결합된 농업 기술(agtech) 시스템을 만들기 원한다"라고 말했다.

SmartTrax에는 토탈라이저(totalizer)에서 웹사이트까지 정확성을 보장하는 ExactRead™ 기술이 장착돼 있어 유량 데이터를 기록하기 위해 계량기를 방문할 필요가 없다. 새롭고 개선된 웹 사이트에서 데이터를 볼 수 있으므로, 사용자는 출력 간격과 대시보드 보기를 필요에 따라 조정할 수 있다.

데이비스 매니저는 "궁극적으로 SmartTrax는 관개 시설의 자원 분배 효율성에 기여한다"라며 “사용자는 시간과 비용을 절약할 수 있으며, SmartTrax가 규제 목적으로  사용량을 모니터링하는 데 도움이 돼 안심할 수 있다. 관개 시설에 사용할 물의 양이 분배돼 있는 경우 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 유량 데이터가 중요하다. SmartTrax를 사용하면 모니터링과 보고가 간편해진다”라고 말했다.

McCrometer, Inc. Announces Launch of New SmartTrax™ Telemetry Product

 

McCrometer, Inc., a globally recognized flow meter manufacturer, recently announced the launch of SmartTrax, a telemetry product.

SmartTrax is the newest product to McCrometer’s flow measurement and connected solutions suite, providing remote meter and sensor readings at an economical price tag. Unlike McCrometer’s other output devices, SmartTrax is compatible with McCrometer flow meters as well as other brands on the market, provided that they have an output.

“We identified a need within the agriculture and irrigation vertical for a connected solution compatible with a variety of flow meters and their existing electronics,” explains Aimee Davis, Agriculture Vertical Marketing Manager. “Many users have owned their flow measurement devices for years and now want to upgrade their meters to create an automated, connected agtech system.”

SmartTrax is equipped with ExactRead™ technology guaranteeing an exact match from totalizer to website, eliminating the need to visit the meter to record flow data. Data can be viewed from a new and improved website, allowing users to customize their output intervals and dashboard views to meet their needs.
