[인도] IDE 테크놀로지스, 인도서 폐수처리시설 신규 설계 위해 클린엣지 워터와 계약 체결

최적의 회수율로 최대 하루 4천㎥ 리터 폐수 처리 가능

 

수처리 솔루션 업체인 IDE 테크놀로지스(IDE Technologies)는 클린엣지 워터(CleanEdge Water Pte Ltd.)로부터 인도의 첨단 폐수처리시설(WWTP)의 공급업체로 선정돼 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

클린엣지 워터는 동남아시아와 인도의 C&I 고객을 위한 싱가포르 기반의 통합 산업 폐수 솔루션 제공업체이다.

WWTP는 최적의 회수율과 가용성에 도달하기 위해 하루 4천㎥의 까다로운 염수를 처리하도록 설계된다. IDE의 MAXH2O 탈염기(MAXH2O Desalter)는 최소의 최종 염수를 생산하면서 인도 라자스탄의 광산 폐수(재이용)에서 양질의 처리수를 추출하기 위한 최상의 솔루션으로 선택됐다.

MAXH2O 탈염기는 다양한 폐수를 처리할 수 있도록 설계됐다. 탈수 단계 없이 지속가능하고 재이용 가능한 건식 펠릿(~90% D.S.)을 만들어 초과 침전물을 제거한다. 이는 추가 단계가 필요한 다른 방법(예: IX 재생 폐기물 및 기타 슬러지 스트림)과 대조된다.

IDE Technologies Secures Contract with CleanEdge Water to Design, Build New Wastewater Treatment Plant in India

New wastewater treatment plant to treat up to 4M liters/day with an optimal recovery rate

 

IDE Technologies, a leading global provider of water treatment solutions, is pleased to announce that CleanEdge Water Pte Ltd. awarded IDE a contract to deliver a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) for a mining industry application in India. CleanEdge Water is a Singapore-based integrated industrial wastewater solutions provider for C&I clients in South East Asia and India on BOOT basis.

The WWTP will be designed to treat 4.0 million liters of challenging brine per day, to reach the optimal recovery rate and availability. IDE’s MAXH2O Desalter was chosen as the best solution for extracting quality product water from the mine’s drainage (reuse) in Rajasthan, India, while producing minimum final brine.

The MAXH2O Desalter is designed to treat varying wastewater qualities as it is, without any required modification. The excess precipitants removal is conducted by releasing sustainable reusable dry Pellets ~90% D.S., without the need for a dewatering stage. This contrasts with other methods that require additional stages (e.g., IX regeneration waste and other sludge streams).

IDE’s MAXH2O Desalter also produces brine with an exceptionally low scaling potential. This minimizes the downtime of the crystallizer and eventually leads to a simplified ZLD scheme and/or operational scheme, as compared to other alternatives.
