H20 이노베이션(H2O Innovation Inc.)은 자사의 WTS(Water Technologies & Services) 사업이 최근 식수, 하․폐수 및 물 재이용 애플리케이션을 포함해 총 85먼 달러 규모의 새로운 수처리 프로젝트 3건을 수주했다고 밝혔다. 

이 프로젝트에는 냉각탑에 사용되는 4MGD(15,142m3/일)의 물을 생산하도록 설계된 2열 시스템이 포함됩니다. 이 독특한 프로젝트에서 H2O Innovation은 전체 시스템 복구를 개선하기 위해 역세 폐수 처리를 위한 보조 UF 트레인도 제공할 예정입니다. “우리는 이 고객의 증가하는 수처리 요구 사항을 지원하기 위해 세 번째 시스템을 제공하게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 일부 고객이 더 많은 비즈니스를 위해 우리를 다시 찾는다는 사실은 그들의 만족뿐 아니라 우리의 솔루션 제공 능력에 대한 신뢰를 입증하는 것입니다. 이러한 고객 파트너십은 우리에게 자부심의 원천이며 우리가 계속해서 고품질 서비스를 제공하도록 강요합니다.”라고 H2O Innovation의 사장, CEO 겸 공동 창립자인 Frédéric Dugré는 말했습니다.

H20 이노베이션은 미국 서부 소재 기업과 산업용 한외여과 한외여과(UF) 시스템 계약을 체결했다. 이 프로젝트는 냉각탑에 사용되는 1만5천142㎥/일의 물을 생산하도록 설계된 2-train 시스템이 포함되며, H20 이노베이션은 전반적인 시스템 복구를 개선하기 위해 역세수 처리를 위한 2차 UF 트레인을 제공한다. 프레드릭 더그레(Fredric Dugré) H20 이노베이션 사장 겸 CEO는 "H20 이노베이션은 증가하는 수처리 요구를 지원하기 위해 이 고객에게 세 번째 시스템을 제공하게 되어 매우 기쁘다. 일부 고객이 더 많은 사업을 위해 우리에게 돌아온다는 사실은 그들의 만족도뿐만 아니라 솔루션을 제공하는 능력에 대한 신뢰의 증거이다. 이러한 고객 파트너십은 자부심의 원천이며 양질의 서비스를 지속적으로 제공하게 만든다"라고 말했다.

두 번째 프로젝트는 산업 폐수를 처리하기 위해 UF와 역삼투(RO)를 활용하는 태양 전지판 제조 공장입니다. 이 시스템에는 시설 내에서 재사용할 수 있는 1천893㎥/일 규모의 트레인 3대가 포함된다. "H20 이노베이션은 물 재사용의 강력한 지지자이며 이 새로운 고객과 협력하여 물 절약에 기여하는 것을 자랑스럽게 생각합니다. 이 파트너십은 전체 고객뿐만 아니라 지속 가능한 이익을 위한 우리의 모범으로 덧붙입니다."

마지막으로, H20 이노베이션은 2022년에도 뉴욕 와핑거스 폴스(Wappingers Falls) 소재 첼시 릿지 아파트단지(Chelsea Ridge Apartments에 제공한 기존 멤브레인 바이오리액터(MBR) 시스템을 확장 제공할 예정이다. 현재 시스템은 약 18개월 동안 운영되었으며, 이번 확장은 필요한 용량 증가를 수용하기 위해 필요한 멤브레인과 보조 장비를 추가할 것이다.

Three New Water Treatment Projects Add $8.5 M to The WTS Backlog

 

H2O Innovation Inc. is pleased to announce that its Water Technologies & Services (WTS) business was recently awarded three new water treatment projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and water reuse applications, totalling $8.5 M. These projects speak to the growing demands for water needs of all kinds and increase the WTS backlog to $64.0 M.

The Corporation has secured a contract with a confidential recurring client, located in the western USA, for an industrial ultrafiltration (UF) system. This project involves a 2-train system designed to produce 4 MGD(15,142 m3/day) of water used for cooling towers. In this unique project, H2O Innovation will also provide a secondary UF train for the treatment of the backwash wastewater to improve the overall system recovery. “We are very happy to provide a third system for this client to support their growing water treatment needs. The fact that some clients return to us for more business stands as a testament to not only their satisfaction but also the trust that they place in our ability to deliver olutions. These customer partnerships are a source of pride for us and compel us to keep delivering quality services,” stated Frédéric Dugré, President, Chief Executive Officer and co-Founder of H2O Innovation. 

The second project is for a solar panel manufacturing plant which will utilize UF followed by reverse osmosis (RO) to treat industrial wastewater. The system will include three 0.5 MGD (1,893 m3/day) trains for reuse within the facility. “H2O Innovation is a strong advocate of water reuse and is proud to contribute to water conservation in collaboration with this new client. This partnership exemplifies our commitment to support water positivity and sustainable practices that benefit not only our clients, but also the environment as a whole,” added Frédéric Dugré.

Lastly, H2O Innovation will supply an expansion for an existing membrane bioreactor (MBR) system, which was also provided by the Corporation in 2022, at Chelsea Ridge Apartments in Wappingers Falls, New York. The current system has been in operation for approximately 18 months and the client is now moving forward to the second phase of the project. This expansion will add the necessary membranes and ancillary equipment to accommodate the required increase in capacity.
