LNG(액화천연가스) 산업의 선도적인 리더 테크닉 에너지(Technip Energies, PARIS: TE)는 LNG 탈탄소화 생산 및 시장 출시 시간 단축을 위한 모듈식 및 사전 엔지니어링 솔루션인 SnapLNG을 선보인다.

SnapLNG는 지난 9월 5일부터 8일까지 4일간 싱가포르에서 열리는 가스텍 박람회(Gastech Exhibition & Conference)에서 출시될 예정이다.

LNG 산업은 테크닉 에너지의 SnapLNG 도입으로 큰 도약을 이뤘다. 이러한 혁신은 LNG 생산의 경계를 넓혀 공정을 보다 효율적이고 유연하며 환경 친화적으로 만들 것으로 전망된다. 

2030년까지 세계 LNG 생산량이 600Mtpa에 달할 것으로 예상되고, 이를 더 깨끗하고 빠르게 만들어야 할 필요성에 따라 테크닉 에너지는 “에너지 전환을 촉진하고 액화 천연 가스 환경을 변화시킬 새로운 솔루션인 ‘저탄소 LNG를 위한 솔루션 제로’를 제공한다.

SnapLNG는 배송 및 설치 준비가 완료된 모듈식 2.5Mtpa 전기 구동 LNG 열차 솔루션이다. 이 모듈은 자율적으로 작동하며 완성형 LPG 시설을 제공하기 위해 사전 시운전돼 시장 출시 시간을 단축하고 기존 프로젝트에 비해 총 프로젝트 기간을 2년 이상 절약한다.

SnapLNG의 첨단 설계는 비용, 납품 일정, 시설 신뢰성 및 가용성, 생산 성과에 있어 전례 없는 확실성을 제공하며, 연간 매출을 크게 늘리고 가스터빈 솔루션에 비해 열차당 연간 350kTe이상의 CO2 배출을 절감한다.
