상하수 처리를 위한 글로벌 솔루션 업체인 그래디언트(Gradiant)는 지난 3월 22일 말레이시아에 위치한 주요 통합 석유화학 및 정유 단지에서 발전에 필수적인 탈염수(Demineralized Water)를 공급을 위해 설계된 이동식(Mobile) 턴키(Turnkey) 수처리 시스템을 수주했다고 밝혔다.

이동식 수처리 시스템은 3천600㎥/일 용량을 갖췄으며,  그래디언트의 첨단 기술이 통합돼 고객의 엄격한 수질 요구사항을 효율적이고 환경적이며 지속 가능한 방식으로 충족한다. 이 시스템은 그래디언트의 최신 선택적 오염물질 추출(Selective Contaminant Extraction, SCE) 및 ROI(RO Infinity) 기술을  특징으로 한다. 또한 다중 여과, 2단계 역삼투(Two-pass RO) 및 혼합층 이온 교환(IX)을 포함하는 포괄적인 처리 트레인과 결합해 일관된 기준으로 고품질의 물을 생산하다.

그래디언트는 고객이 요구한 일정에 따라 계약 체결에서 납품, 설치, 시운전 및 생산에 이르기까지 모든 서비스를 단 21일 만에 완료했다.

Gradiant Delivers Fast-Track Turnkey Water Treatment System for a Major Integrated Petrochemicals and Refining Complex

 

Gradiant, a global solutions provider for advanced water and wastewater treatment, today announced the award of a mobile turnkey water treatment system designed to supply demineralized water essential for power generation at a major integrated petrochemicals and refining complex located in Malaysia. The end-user is a global energy company.    

The mobile treatment system, with a capacity of 3,600 cubic meters per day, integrates Gradiant’s advanced technologies to meet the client’s strict water quality demands in an efficient and environmentally sustainable manner. This system features Gradiant’s latest Selective Contaminant Extraction (SCE) and RO Infinity (ROI) technologies. Combined with a comprehensive treatment train that includes multi-media filtration, two-pass reverse osmosis (RO), and mixed bed ion exchange (IX), the system produces high-quality water on a consistent basis.  

Gradiant delivered the system on an expedited timeline, achieving an extraordinary 21-day turnaround from contract signing to delivery, installation, commissioning, and production.
