[네덜란드] NX 필트레이션, 인니서 4번째 식수 프로젝트 시운전 완료

첨단 중공사막 기술의 선도업체인 NX 필트레이션(NX Filteration)은 인도네시아에서 중공사 나노여과(HFNF) 기술을 기반으로 한 네 번째 식수 프로젝트의 시운전을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 발표했다.

상수도 및 하수처리장 건설 전문업체인 BSBK(PT Bayu Surya Bakti Konstruksi)의 메당 캄파이(Medang Kampai) 지역 프로젝트(450㎥/시)의 성공적 시운전은 메당 캄파이 지역의 지속 가능한 물관리에 중요한 이정표를 나타낸다.

새로운 정수장은 메당 캄파이 지역의 신뢰할 수 있는 물공급에 대한 증가하는 수요를 해결할 수 있다. 메당 캄파이 지역의 수원인 케밀리강(Kemili river)은 부식산(식물 잔류물)에 의해 탁한 색깔을 띄고 있다.

이러한 유형의 물은 화학약품 투여가 거의 필요하지 않고 낮은 압력에서 처리할 수 있다. NX 필트레이션의 중공사 나노여과 막은 더 적은 에너지를 소비하면서 최적으로 처리할 수 있어 비용과 이산화탄소 배출량을 낮출 수 있다. 총 비용은 물 1㎥당 20달러 수준으로 기존 처리 방법 대비 가격경쟁력이 있고, 수질도 훨씬 좋다.

프로젝트 완공식에는 파살(H. Pasal) 두마이 시장, 두마이 지역 수도사업소인 PDAM 두마이(PDAM Dumai)의 리아우 사트리아 알람시아(Riau Satria Alamsyah) 이사 겸 공공사업 책임자, 로버트 제라드(Robert Gerard) NX 필트레이션 영업 이사를 비롯해 인도네시아 정부 관계자와 물기업 대표 등이 참석했다.

NX Filtration celebrates commissioning of fourth drinking water project in Indonesia

 

NX Filtration, a global leader in advanced hollow fiber membrane technology, announces the successful commissioning of the fourth drinking water project in Indonesia based on NX Filtration’s hollow fiber nanofiltration (HFNF) membrane technology. PT Bayu Surya Bakti Konstruksi’s (BSBK) commissioning of the new 450 m3/hour project in Medang Kampai marks a significant milestone in sustainable water management in the region.

The new water treatment plant addresses the growing demand for reliable water supply in the area. The source of the water is the Kemili river, which has a high load of colour caused by humic acids (plant residues).

These types of waters can be treated optimally with HFNF membranes which require hardly any chemical dosing and operate at low pressure, thus consuming less energy. The result is a low cost and low CO2 footprint solution for very high water quality. The total cost of ownership lies around $20cts per m3 of water produced, which is very competitive with conventional treatment schemes, but with a much better water quality.
