[미국] WesTech, Simens로부터 일반 필터인 Microfloc 인수

WesTech Eng. Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with Siemens Industry Inc. to purchase the conventional water treatment business that includes the Microfloc and General Filter product portfolios. “This is an important strategic acquisition for WesTech,” said Rex Plaizier, WesTech‘s president. “They have extensive installations throughout the United States, a strong reputation, and their product lines complement WesTech’s own in a way that provides the water industry the most comprehensive solution to its water treatment needs.”
