Air to Water Technologies (ATWT) has invented a new patent pending smart technology called Dew Point Intelligence. This smart technology makes atmospheric water generation (creating water from the air) energy-efficient and a cost effective solution for those without clean drinking water. Under the right conditions, 85% less energy will be used and the water created will cost as little as two cents (USD) a liter.

ATWT has launched an Indiegogo campaign to add this new technology to their already environmentally friendly water generators. It will take approximately three to four months to build a working prototype of the new smart technology. ATWT knows their technology will work but is lacking the funds to complete it. To do this, they have put together a crowd funding campaign to help raise the needed $200,000 by July 16, 2013.

Building this prototype will enable the company to help save lives in areas where the only drinking water source is badly polluted or in scarce supply. To further help those without access to drinking water, ATWT will be donating 5% of the funds they raise to Water.org
