AEA 투자사가 인수한 지멘스 (Simens Water Technologies LLC) 사의 새로운 회사명이 Evoqua Water Technologies LLC 로 변경된다.
Evoqua 사는 지멘스의 현재 사업 프로젝트를 지속적으로 추진할 예정이며 이는 멤브레인 필터 사업을 포함한 수 처리, 폐수처리장치 및 서비스 업무 등으로 되어있다.

Evoqua to be new title for Siemens Water Technologies
Evoqua Water Technologies LLC is to be the new name of Siemens Water Technologies LLC following its acquisition by AEA Investors LP.
AEA has secured regulatory approvals and closed on an agreement to acquire the municipal, industrial and services water and wastewater treatment operations and assets of Siemens Water Technologies from Siemens AG for � 640 million.
Under AEA, Evoqua will continue to offer municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment equipment and services, including membrane filtration equipment. The existing management under the leadership of CEO Dr Lukas Loeffler will remain.
