[미국] 플로리다 도시, 고객·지불 서비스 개선

 

팜비치의 북동쪽에 위치한 플로리다 Jupiter 마을은 최근 고객정보와 청구서 문제(CIS)를 개선하기 위해 Advanced Utility System's CIS Infinity를 채택했다.

Jupiter는 1998년에 시행된 iSeries/AS400 토대의 청구 시스템을 교체하기 위한 해법을 찾았다. 마을은 최근의 요구를 초과하거나 충족하는 채택된 해법을 보장하기 위해 세분화된 데모 나 RFP 프로세스를 실행했다. 또한, 성장과 발전에 필요한 미래 투자로 선택된 취급 제품을 완성과 내구성 해법의 보장을 원한다.

The town of Jupiter, Fla., located in the northeast corner of Palm Beach County, between Miami and Orlando, has recently selected Advanced Utility System's CIS Infinity to replace its legacy customer information and billing solution (CIS).

Jupiter sought a solution to replace its existing iSeries/AS400-based billing system that was implemented in 1998. The town conducted an RFP process and detailed demos to ensure that the selected solution could meet or exceed its current requirements. It also wanted to ensure that the product offering selected was a complete and robust solution that would leverage its investment well into the future as its needs grow and evolve. Jupiter contracted with Advanced in January 2014 to meet these objectives.

As prime vendor, Advanced will implement a comprehensive solution at the town which, at the core, will include its customer information and utility billing solution, CIS Infinity, along with Infinity.Link, its customer web portal solution. Jupiter will also implement a real-time integrated interactive voice response (IVR) solution, Infinity.Teleconnect, as well as an enterprise asset and work management solution provided by Tele-Works Inc. (TWI) and Lucity respectively, both partners of Advanced. In addition, the Harris iNovah central cashiering solution will be implemented at Jupiter.

Jupiter's water utility is capable of producing 30 million gallons per day of ultra-pure drinking water. It serves more than 80,000 people living in Jupiter, Juno Beach and unincorporated areas of Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Over the past two decades, the town's water utility has been honored by more than 40 awards for excellence in operations, treatment and drinking water.
