[일본] 토미시마, 칠레 역삼투압 플랜트에 펌프 공급 계약

일본 펌프 제조사인 토미시마 펌프는 칠레에 새로 건설되는 역삼투압 담수화 플랜트의 고압력 펌프와 가압 펌프 공급 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.  이 계약은 토미시마가 스페인 기반의 담수화 플랜트 설계·건설·운영회사인 Acciona Agua와 체결한 첫 수주계약이다.

한편, 담수화 건설하는 코피아포 시는 아타카마 사막 근처에 위치하며 오랜시간 광산을 운영한 도시로 60개가 넘는 광산이 있다. 또한, 농업을 기반으로 하는 지역이다.

Japanese pump manufacturer Torishima Pump has received an order for high-pressure pumps and booster pumps for a new reverse osmosis desalination plant being built in Copiapo, Chile.

The contract is the first order that Torishima has received from Spanish desalination plant design, build and operation company Acciona Agua. The city of Copiapo is near the Atacama desert and has a long history of mining, with more than 60 mines in operation. It is also an agricultural area.
