중국 수처리 기업인 헤이룽장 인터차이나(Heilongjiang Interchina)가 덴마크 물 정화 전문기업인 아쿠아포린(Aquaporin)사와 중국 환경설계 회사 포텐 환경그룹(Poten Environment Group)과 중국 합작투자를 키우는 MOU에 서명했다.

상하이 주식거래 발표에 따르면 합작투자는 1천만 달러를 자본화할 것으로 밝혀졌다.

헤이룽장사는 이 계약에 2백만 달러를 투자하고, 아쿠아포린사와 포린사는 각각 350만 달러, 450만 달러씩 투자했다.

이와 같은 내용의 발표에서 아쿠아포린사는 헤이룽장사와 포텐사가 자사 주식의 20%를 가져갔으며 이는 1천950만 달러의 가치를 가진다고 밝혔다.

 

 

 

Chinese water treatment company, Heilongjiang Interchina, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Danish water purification specialist Aquaporin and Chinese environmental engineering company Poten Environment Group to set up joint venture in China.

 

According to a Shanghai Stock Exchange announcement the joint venture is capitalized at US$10 million. Heilongjiang has invested US$2 million in the venture with US$ 3.5 from Aquasporin and US$ 4.5 million from Porin.
 
In the same announcement the companies said Poten and Heilongjiang were to acquire a 20% stake in Aquaporin valued at US$ 19.5 million comprising new shares and the acquisition of a current shareholder's stake.
