계량기 솔루션 분야의 전문기업인 Datamatic사가 최근 Trimble 라인의 견고한 Nomad™ 핸드헬드 컴퓨터가 ‘확인된 수리소(Certified Repair Depot)로 명명됐다고 발표했다. Datamatic사는 노마드의 800~900여 개의 선을 수리하기 위한 용량을 늘리기 위해 Plano 서비스 센터 확장 공사를 끝마쳤다.

이로 인해 Datamatic은 수백 명의 전 세계 시설 고객들을 관리할 수 있게 됐다. 또한, Datamatic의 최신 시설을 시용하고 있는 Trimble 고객들이 텍사스 북부의 수리소를 빠르게 이용할 수 있게 됐다.

 

 

 

Datamatic, a specialist in meter reading solutions for global utilities, recently announced that it has been named a Certified Repair Depot for Trimble's line of ruggedized Nomad™ handheld computers. Datamatic has completed the expansion of its existing Plano service center to include repair capabilities for the Nomad's 800 and 900 lines.

 

The certification allows Datamatic to take care of its hundreds of utility customers worldwide from the Plano service center rather than require them to send handhelds to Trimble for repair. The move also helps existing Trimble customers who can now utilize Datamatic's state-of-the-art, quick-turnaround North Texas repair depot.
