지난 12월 1일 글로벌 배관, 열, 수질 솔루션 제공업체인 Watts Water Technologies사가 공식적으로 AERCO International사의 인수를 완료했다고 발표했다. AERCO International은 고효율 상업용 보일러 및 온수업체이다.

Watts사는 AERCO의 주식자본읠 100% 획득하기 위해 전액 현금으로 총 구매비용 2억6천450만 달러를 지불했다.

최종구매가는 관례적인 네트워킹 자본수정의 대상이다. 한편, Watts사는 신용기관 하에서 대출을 받아 인수 자금을 마련했다.

 

 

 

Today, Watts Water Technologies, Inc., a global provider of plumbing, heating and water quality solutions, officially announced that it has completed the acquisition of AERCO International, Inc., a manufacturer of high-efficiency commercial boilers and water heaters.

 

In an all-cash transaction, Watts paid a total purchase price of approximately $264.5 million to acquire 100 percent of the share capital of AERCO, which is a portfolio entity of The Riverside Company.

 

The final purchase price is subject to a customary net working capital adjustment. Watts funded the acquisition with borrowings under its credit facility.
