[Culligan] 역삼투(RO) 및 MBR 시스템 도입

이탈리아 수처리 기업 컬리건(Culligan)은 새로운 스키드-마운티드(skid-mounted) 역삼투(RO) 해수담수화 솔루션인 ‘SW Evo’와 컨테이너로 수송되는 ‘MBR 시스템’을 도입했다.

SW Evo는 급수로부터 약 4만2천 ppm까지의 염분으로 480㎥만큼의 해수 생산이 가능하다. 또 가장 최신의 에너지 회복 기술을 활용해 1㎥ 생산 당 평균 2kWhH의 에너지만을 사용한다.

MBR 시스템은 활성화된 슬러지 처리시설에 고체-액체 분리기가 결합된 시스템으로, 기존의 슬러지 시스템에 비해 약 50%의 공간을 줄였다. 멤브레인은 0.15μm의 공극도분포를 가진 납작한 시트 형태이며, 새로운 시스템은 20′ 또는 40′ 컨테이너로 각각 25㎥/일, 50㎥/일의 유량을 보인다.

동시에 컬리건은 새로운 연수기 및 CTM 컬리건 톱마운트 필터 라인을 론칭했다.

Culligan introduces reverse osmosis and membrane bioreactor systems

Italian water treatment firm Culligan has introduced a new skid-mounted seawater RO desalination solution, SW Evo, and a containerised membrane bio reactor system.

The SW Evo can produce 480 m3/d of fresh water from feed waters with up to 42,000 ppm of salinity, and uses an average of 2kWhH/m3 of energy by employing the latest energy recovery technology.

The membrane bioreactor system combines activated sludge treatment with solids-liquids separation by way of membranes, reducing footprint by up to 50 per cent compared to conventional activated sludge systems. The membranes are flat sheet with pore size of 0.15 μm. The new system comes in 20 or 40-foot containers, representing 25 m3/d and 50 m3/d flow rates respectively.

At the same time, Culligan launched a new line of water softeners and CTM Culligan top mount filters.
