[파나마] SUEZ, 7천만 유로 규모의 폐수처리시설 건설

파나마의 국립 배수시스템 연구소(IDAAN)는 데이비드(David)시에서 5년 동안 새로운 폐수 처리 네트워크를 설계하고 운영하기 위해 수에즈(SUEZ)를 선정했다.

이 프로젝트에는 SUEZ에 대한 총 7천만 유로의 가치가 있는 두 가지 계약을 포함하며, 동부 및 서부 지역의 폐수 처리 네트워크를 포괄한다.

펜테크(PENTECH)와의 파트너십을 통해 수에즈는 폐수를 모으고 공공 폐수 처리 네트워크를 구축할 것이다.

SUEZ는 동부 지역에서 소형 침전지, 슬러지 농축 장비 및 메탄 소화조를 포함한 degremont® 기술을 사용하여 하루 5만1천840㎥의 폐수 처리 플랜트를 건설할 예정이다.

SUEZ BOOSTS CENTRAL AMERICAN PRESENCE WITH €70M PANAMA WIN

Panama’s National Institute of Water Distribution Systems (IDAAN) has chosen SUEZ to build and then operate a new wastewater treatment network in the city of David for five years.

The project includes two contracts, worth a total of €70 million for SUEZ, covering the wastewater treatment networks in the East and West sectors of the city.

In partnership with PENTECH, SUEZ will pump and collect the wastewater and build the public wastewater treatment network.

In the East part of the city, SUEZ will also build a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 51,840 m3/day, using degremont® technologies, including a compact clarifier, sludge thickening equipment and a methane digester.

This project is part of the large-scale, nationwide “Proyecto de Agua y Saneamiento en Panama” (PASAP) programme, which aims to improve access to drinking water and wastewater treatment throughout the country.

The group has been present in Panama since 2008 and built the first wastewater treatment station of Panama’s city. In 2014 SUEZ won the contract to operate and maintain the capital’s wastewater collection system.
