이스라엘 수처리 기업인 에메프시 그룹(Emefcy Group Ltd)은 Shanghai Winner Environmental Technologies와 중국 시안(Shiyan)에 있는 노르웨이 VOSS사의 미국규격협회(ASA)의 규격에 맞는 폐수처리장 설치 계약을 체결했다.

Shanghai Winner는 Emefcy의 MABR(Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor) 솔루션과 엔지니어링, 조달 및 건설 능력을 토대로 폐수처리 프로젝트를 능력을 인정받았다.

 
베이징에 위치한 Reignwood Group 소유의 VOSS는 현재 호북지방의 시안(Shiyan)에 위치한 새로운 음료생산 공장을 건설 중이며, Reignwood는 ‘Red Bull’ 에너지 음료 독점판매 권리를 소유하고 있으며 큰 규모의 중국 시장에서 급속한 확장을 지원하고 있다.

MABR 폐수처리장은 40㎥/일의 처리 용량을 가지며, 올해 4/4 분기에 설치를 완료해야 한다.

Emefcy팀은 계약 조건에 따라 공정 및 계기도(P&ID), 프로세스 흐름도 (PFD), 일반 레이아웃, 필수 MABR 모듈 수 및 관련 컨트롤 등의 기술정보를 제공한다.

Emefcy’s MABR tech to help with Red Bull expansion in China

SHANGHAI, China - Emefcy Group has entered into a binding purchase agreement with Shanghai Winner Environmental Technologies to develop a commercial wastewater treatment plant in China for VOSS of Norway ASA.

Shanghai Winner was awarded the wastewater treatment project based on Emefcy’s Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor (MABR) solution and its own engineering, procurement & construction capabilities.
 
VOSS, owned by Beijing-based Reignwood Group, is currently building a new water factory located in Shiyan in Hubei Province to support its rapid expansion in the fast-growing Chinese market, where Reignwood owns exclusive rights to Red Bull energy drinks and has a large distribution network.

The MABR wastewater treatment plant is expected to have a treatment capacity range of 40 m3/day and be commissioned by the fourth quarter of this year.

Under the terms of the binding purchase agreement, Emefcy team will provide the technical information (including process and instrument drawing (P&ID), process flow diagrams (PFDs), general layout, the requisite number of MABR modules and associated controls), enabling  Shanghai Winner to assemble the plant.

Jack Zhang, Founder, chairman and chief technology officer of Shanghai Winner, said: “Emefcy’s MABR solution represents a new generation in wastewater treatment technologies. The combination of being able to achieve Class 1A quality effluent at 50% lower operating costs compared to other conventional treatment methods presents tremendous value for our clients and specifically VOSS.”
