[미국] 듀폰,  CCRO 막 전문회사 데살리텍 인수

듀폰(DuPont)는 12월 11일 CCRO(closed circuit reverse osmosis) 전문회사인 데살리텍(Desalitech Ltd)를 인수하기로 합의했다고 발표했다. 이 거래는 관례적인 폐쇄 조건과 규제 승인을 조건으로 2020년 1월에 종료될 것으로 예상된다. 그 협정의 재무 조건은 공개되지 않았다.

DuPont To Acquire Desalitech

Wilmington, DE /PRNewswire/ - DuPont (NYSE: DD) today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Desalitech Ltd., a closed circuit reverse osmosis (CCRO) company.
