H2O Innovation의 자회사인 Piedmont Pacific, PWT는 각각 아르헨티나·이탈리아·이집트에 위치한 3개의 기업과 파트너십 계약을 체결했다. 2009년에 설립된 아르헨티나의 Aquarep는 수처리 시스템의 관련 부품을 공급하고 현재의 제품 라인에 Piedmont사의 플렉시블 커플링(flexible couplings)뿐만 아니라  PWT의 특수화학 제품 등을 추가한다.

 

2015년에 설립된 이탈리아의 SG Projects는 물산업 및 석유·가스 산업, 에너지 분야를 전문 기업으로 밸브·배관 솔루션·신축 이음·전동 패널·SCADA 시스템 등을 판매하고 Piedmont의 플렉시블 커플링을 배포할 예정이다.

 

 

 

H2O Innovation subsidiaries Piedmont Pacific and PWT have signed distribution agreements with three partners located in Argentina, Italy, and Egypt.

 

Aquarep, an Argentinian company created in 2009, supplies water treatment systems components and will add Piedmont flexible couplings as well as PWT specialty chemicals to its current product lines.

 

As a new Italian company created in 2015, SG Projects specialises in the water industry, the oil and gas industry and the energy sector.

 

SG Projects sells valves, piping solutions, expansion joints, electric panels and SCADA systems, and will now distribute Piedmont’s flexible couplings.

 

PWT concluded a distribution agreement with Midwater, an engineering procurement and construction (EPC) company, which has already ordered a “container load” of specialty chemicals.

 

Gregory Madden, vice president, specialty products and services, with responsibility for the Piedmont and PWT business units, said: “The addition of these three new distributors further strengthens our international presence, and supports our strategy for growth of the H2O Innovation Specialty Products & Services business.”
