필터박스 물환경기업(FilterBoxx Water & Environmental Corp.)의 CEO Larry Novachis 대표는 필터박스 패키지 수처리 솔루션이 멕시코에서 진행되는 프로젝트에 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 이 프로젝트는 가정용수 처리 시스템 및 산업용수 처리·재사용 시스템을 전 세계 고객에게 공급하는 프로젝트다.

가정용 시스템은 250USgpm의 유량에서 원수로부터 식수를 생산하며, 이 시스템에 사용되는 기수 및 세정수는 제조공정에서 발생한 폐수를 처리하는 산업용 처리 시스템에 의해 처리·재생된다.

Mr. Larry Novachis, Chief Executive Officer at FilterBoxx Water & Environmental Corp. ("FilterBoxx" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce that FilterBoxx Packaged Water Solutions Inc., has been awarded a project in Mexico to supply a domestic water treatment system and an industrial wastewater treatment/recycle system to a globally recognized client.

The domestic system produces potable water from well water at a flow rate of 250 USgpm and the backwash and rinse water from this system is recovered and treated by the industrial wastewater system, which also treats other wastewaters from the manufacturing process.  The industrial wastewater treatment system is an MBR system designed to treat and recycle up to 100 USgpm.  The treated wastewater will be re-used within the manufacturing facility as process make-up water.

"Diversification into new markets has been a major initiative at FilterBoxx over the past few years.  We have made significant strides to penetrate into new geographic and business markets outside of Western Canadaand it's really starting to pay off" comments Novachis. "This project is one of several projects that we are pursuing outside of the Canadian resource sector and we are really excited what the future holds" he adds.
